3、积极做事。虽然目前的工作不是我理想的，但是我提高自我素质的地方。过去自己做自由散漫惯了，做事不细心得过且过懒散，在这里如果继续下去就会出大事，正好是改变自己的最佳时节。积极做事，我理解为凡事都要了解懂得业务流程，无论是不是自己的本职工作但只要与业务有关的都要去做。这样使自己做个全面的业务骨干。
