For example: Along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming, cycling is one of the best all-round of exercise. It can help to increase your strength and energy. Eating balance also takes an important part。So, we should eat nutritious food as well as vegetable and fruit. It is not good to eat too much junk food and some food which is rich of fat and sugar.

之后一句话，我不知道你要表达什么。你是想说，为什么你不吸取教训？why don't you learnt that? 不能用what.
