敬爱的老师
您好!
在我刚迈进小学的校门时，就听说我们的班主任是一位优秀教师。我怀着几分激动的心情，默默的在心中想象这优秀教师的形象。在我焦急的期盼中，终于等到了上课，徐老师出现在我们的面前，她就不由地向我们做自我介绍了，那时，我才知道这位班主任叫徐慧菁。
但在以后的日子里我也逐渐的了解了她。徐老师的字也写的很棒，她是我们的语文老师。她在课堂上非常严格，但是下了课她就不严了，我曾记得她以前也常常与我们一起聊天、谈心，真的她仿佛就像自己的妈妈一样，如果我们有什么心事，只要找她，她就会和你聊上一会儿，就不会再缉恭光枷叱磺癸委含莲有不开心的事了！就好象有的同学喜欢犯错误，也只要到徐老师的手里就什么都不会有了，也就是她给解决的干干脆脆，就如“大事化小，小事化了。“一样，其实我也是一个有时喜欢犯小毛病的人，有时可以控制，有时我也无法控制，徐老师也批评过我，有时找我聊上一会儿，那一件事就算了！但我也会从中记起这一次的小教训，下一次希望不要在犯小毛病了，最好是从此不在犯，做一个规矩的我。还有我想对徐老师说：如果说我是展翅飞翔的小鸟，那您就是鼓振我翼翅的风，如果说我是一片刚刚萌发的新叶，那您就是那深埋于大地的根。知心的话儿总是想对您倾诉，满心的欢喜也想同您一道分享，徐老师我带着尊敬与爱戴，让我再用最深情地唤您一声“徐老师”好吗？

竞争无所不在，压力也无处不存。只要你有所作为，只要别人对你有期望，你就会有压力，就要去竞争。有了压力，才会有动力。进化论认可为，许多生物不是逐渐进化，而是突变进化的，而突变往往产生于环境的突变，这就是压力。试想，如果大地上仍处处温暖湿润、和风细雨，怎么有冰清玉洁的雪莲、傲然挺立的古松、热情似火的枫叶、威武雄健的仙人柱呢？又怎么会有银杏、丁香和挂着“吊死鬼”的国槐呢？有的恐怕只是遍地的蕨类而已。可见，进步需要动力，动力离不开压力和竞争。
竞争是痛苦的，竞争的恐惧是任何人都无法摆脱的。知难而上，奋发图强，是竞争的作用；知难而退、消极颓唐，也是竞争的作用。面对竞争，有的人垮掉了，更多的是涌现一批强者。真可谓成也竞争，败也竞争。有竞争，总有淘汰，痛苦吗？当然。周瑜当年的那声仰天长叹“既生瑜，何生亮”是多么的撕心裂肺、催人泪下。但时代不需要弱者，对弱者只有同情怜悯，直至遗忘。
淘汰不是错，每个人都有不如他人的权利。但你想过没有，在竞争中取胜的人也是在压力下创造奇迹的人，让你感到极光般的惊心动魄。这些人，带给世人的是欢欣，是鼓舞，是信心，还有昂扬斗志。
竞争，不是狭隘的排挤，而是积极的参与，是认识他人，超越自我，是精益求精，更上一层楼。竞争，使人难以忍受，使人步履维艰，但它能使强者站得更挺，走得更稳，产生更强的斗志。穷且益坚，不坠青云之志，这就是竞争的内涵。
敢干面对竞争，才能充分展现实力，展示胜利的希望。做竞争的崇拜者，我无怨无悔

春天中总会有鲜花迷人的风采，因为花有璀璨的梦想和不懈的毅力；
蓝天中始终有鸟儿绰约的风姿，因为鸟有自由的憧憬和坚强的信念：
清晨中总是有雨露清纯的温润，因为露有静谧的向往和坚挺的露魂。
正因为美好的追求才诞生了无数斑斓的梦想，正因为坚强的信念才催生了无数坚挺的身影，而追求与信念完美的结合造就了大千世界的纷呈精彩，缤纷五彩。
一代宗师孔夫子毕生都在探讨，钻研，宣传“仁”的思想，周游六国，困难重重，障碍层层，他却一如既往，从未动摇他心中的理论和梦想，终于他永久走入青史，历史为他涂了最浓的一笔。
诗仙李白追求诗的浪漫飘逸，放荡不羁，可现实残酷苍白得一如狰狞恐怖的地狱，渐渐地剥夺世人的梦想直至他精神的近乎苍白和心灵的完全麻木。然而李白依旧醉酒中去抽刀断水，拥抱月亮，追逐梦想和诗性的火光。
在那个战火纷飞，人人胆颤的年代，沈从文先生依旧怀着一颗未泯的童心和满腔的热情，情真义切的将那细腻柔情的江南小城写成人美，山美，水美的世外桃源。“一派清波给予我的影响实在不少”他高雅的追求在如水的灵魂引导下未曾破灭，直至他骨灰触及凤凰江水的那一刻起，他才将毕生的梦想与信念抛给一生衷爱的清水。
“凌晨四五点钟，看海棠花不眠。”只要心中的梦想依旧灿烂，心中的信念依旧坚毅，未来就会光明一片。
所以今天你不必为明天的未知和难料而苦恼，胆怯，彷徨甚至迷茫。年轻的我们有权利也有资本去追寻自己的梦，我们的心田是片肥沃的土地，梦想的种子在那里会成长出最华美的果。
你是否在怀疑自己资质不如别人而踟躇不前呢？那你该看一看我们可爱的全身瘫痪的霍金和双眼失明的海伦，一个在物理界独占熬头，一个在文学界硕果累累；
你是否在为自己该不该坚持，值不值得坚持而难去难从？那你该瞧一瞧我们坚守信念的海子和不为世俗的淘潜，一个为梦而卧轨，一个为梦而走入田园。
古人已经为我们后人作好了榜样和模范，或许古人在追逐自己梦想的路上因为这样或那样的原因而倒在历史的半途或门槛，不管怎样，展望那条足迹满载，血泪共浸的沧桑路，我们能读懂他们高尚的精神和不舍的信念，这又何尝不是一笔宝贵的财富？
所以，不要再在迟疑徘徊中虚掷青春，不要再在碌碌无为中浪费生命。一个“梦”，如流星般滑入你的心中，你整个人都会精神抖擞，因为他会带给你青春的活力与不绝的激情，对过来这些又会激力你去追逐梦想，由此，一种缘于心中的信念应时诞生，督促你永远向前。
愿所有的人都有自己的梦想，都有自己的信念，挥洒自己青春的风韵在自己金黄的土地，收获毕生的幸福。
