There are more and more spare time. Different people may have different ways of killing the time. Some like playing sports, such as, football, basketball, talbe tennis and so on. Some like surfing the internet. Others like visiting firends, listening to music and so on. In my opinion, we'd better have good ways of spending our free time. I enjoy taking exercise more. I always spend an hour walking or jogging in the park. Besides, I also play tennis with my friends on weekends. The famous ecationist Hu Shi once said:' the key factor to determinate one country` development is what will people do in their spare tme.' In my opinion, taking exercise can not only build our bodies but also let me make lots of new friends. Sparing spare time like that can not only improve us physically, but also amend us psychologily.
