完全依赖于网络，就会沉湎于网络，忘记了网络外面还有一个真实的世界，真实的社会。沉湎于网络，不但会影响我们的学习和生活，甚至会改变我们的性格，侵蚀我们的灵魂，阻碍我们的成长。所以，我们上网，必须要有一个正确的目的，就是要让网络为我们服务，而不是让网络把我们束缚；就是要做网络的主人，而不是做网络的奴隶。这也就是说，要健康上网。
健康上网，绿色上网，这既是我们上网的目的，也应当成为我们上网的结果。
