我是水在空中凝结再落下的自然现象，也可以说是那些落下的雪花。我是水在固态的一种形式。我只会在很冷的温度以及温带气旋的影响下才会出现，因此亚热带地区和热带地区我出现的机会较少。不过我有时也会带来一些比较严重的自然灾害，如雪崩、风吹雪等。不过我也有好处的，根据《本草纲目》，我还可以清热解毒，涂揉于患处舒筋活血，可治烫伤、防冻疮，名人雅士用我融化后的水煮茶也未为不可。
我一般在冬天或是初春，如果在冬天，我凝聚的水结晶足够多，就能为人们带来一场如梦如幻的大雪，但若水结晶太少或者太多，就有可能无法下雪或者带来冰雹。在一些比较热的时候，比如夏天，会使我无法凝聚水结晶的温度的日子，我就会消失或休眠。
