My father is a doctor. He works in a hospital of Sanya. He doesn’t like watching TV, but he likes reading newspaper and read it every night.

My mother is a waitress. She works in a restaurant. She has good habits. She likes eating vegetables and drinking milk every day. But I don’t like milk. It is awful. She likes watching Beijing Opera at free time. She says it’s good for her to keep young and it can make her relaxed.

2.favorite season
The four seasons accompany us and make our lives interesting. Summer is when everyone has fun under the warm sun, autumn is the time of harvesting, and winter’s white snowflakes decorate the bare earth and trees. But it is spring’s vitality that fascinates me the most.

I remember when I was a small child, my favorite season was winter. But one thing made me change my mind.

I loved playing in the garden and climbing trees when I was small. But I realized one autumn day that golden leaves had started to fall from my favorite tree, and by winter its branches were already bare. I thought that it had died, and would never turn green again.

When my father knew why I was crying, he told me: “The tree hasn’t left you. It’s just resting. I promise in three months, that tree will be prettier than ever.” I believed what my father said and waited for three months.

Sure enough, when the time came, the tree was greener and taller than ever. Sprouts started to stretch their heads out of the melting snow, and creeks and streams started to run again freely.

From then on, spring has become my favorite time of the year because its vitality brings me happiness.

There are many festivals in our country , and there are more and more western festivals and cultures coming together,but i like the Chinese Spring Festivel most , because there are so many culture about this festival ,this festival is the most important holiday in our China , it is a festival that reunion the family members, this festival brings me much happiness from my childhood till now , it has different meaning to me at different time , when i was a child , it means poket money to me , when i became a middle school student , it means a pleasure time for me to relax myself , now , it is an important chance for me to visit my friends and my parents, long time departure from them makes me feel that they are the most important treasures in my life , and i hope there will always be a festival to visit them .when facing this question , mayby many people will chose the Christmas Day or Vanlemtine's Day and so on , but in my eyes , those kinds never means so much to everyday , but spring festival do brings so much to us . that's all , thank you .

4.My summer holiday
Last year,I had a good holiday in Dalian,I went to the summer camp with my brother.It was such a wonderf journey.I played the water with my brother.And in the afternoon,we had lunch on the grass.Our food was made in the fast food restaurant.It was so delicious that my brother and I all liked it.And in the evening,I finished my homework,then I helped my brother study the English grammar.Then we went to bed .
What a beautiful day!But we couldn't stay there for a long time.So I decided that I must study hard and then go into the universities in Dalian.

Though they extol the virtues of the peaceful life, only one of them has ever gone to live in the country and he was back in town within six months. Why people are prepared to tolerate a four-hour journey each day for the bious privilege of living in the country is beyond me. They could be saved so much misery and expense if they chose to live in the city where they rightly belong.
If you can do without the few pastoral pleasures of the country, you will find the city can provide you with the best that life can offer. You never have to travel miles to see your friends. They invariably live nearby and are always available for an informal chat or an evening's entertainment. Some of my acquaintances in the country come up to town once or twice a year to visit the theatre as a special treat. For them this is a major operation which involves considerable planning. As the play draws to its close, they wonder whether they will ever catch that last train home. The city dweller never experiences anxieties of this sort. The latest exhibitions, films, or plays are only a short bus ride away. Shopping, too, is always a pleasure. There is so much variety that you never have to make do with second best. Country people run wild when they go shopping in the city and stagger home loaded with as many of the exotic items as they can carry. Nor is the city without its moments of beauty. There is something comforting about the warm glow shed by advertisements on cold wet winter nights. Few things could be more impressive than the peace that descends on deserted city streets at weekends when the thousands that travel to work every day are tucked away in their homes in the country. It has always been a mystery to me why city dwellers, who appreciate all these things, obstinately pretend that they would prefer to live in the country.
