清晨，太阳才泛起一点儿红晕。操场上的哨响便划破了校园的宁静。黑石子铺成的跑道上，一伙儿个头参差不齐的同学开始跑步了，其中就有我。几圈跑下来，训练却并没有结束，而是开始了更严酷的训练：腿上缠着好几斤重的沙袋，身上背着硕大的书包，里面装着好几块大砖头，我们好似一个个全副武装的战士，正准备征战沙场。紧接着又是“背人训练”，一个人背着另一个人做起升，手还得抓着杠子……几天下来，原本细嫩的小手布满了血泡和老茧。

就这样，几个月后，我们上场了……

场上的运动员们跃跃欲试，场下的同学们热情高涨。我的心像小兔子一样乱蹦达，连一口唾沫都不敢咽。一声枪响，小选手们撒腿往前冲，我使尽全身力气，感觉飞了起来，我超了一个，又超了一个，感觉与终点还有一步之遥时，我还是落下了，其他班级的队员超过了我。唉！“强中自有强中手”。

事后，我泪如泉涌，哭得万分伤心。
