口语的好坏一般有三个因素：语音，流畅度，语法。
中国人学口语问题最大内的就是语音和容流畅度，而语法，如果英语基本功扎实的话反而容易解决。
由于不知道你基础如何，我只能给你提供以下几点建议：
一，记忆单词和句式，这是口语的基石，没有这些，口语想练好是天方夜谭。
二，练语音，最好找到音频材料先模仿音标的语音，然后再找名人演讲跟读模仿，一定要一模一样才肯放过，宁求质量，不求速度，否则语音成型后非常难以更改。
三：流畅度，这个没法取巧，其实就是练脸皮，看到一个东西或事物，就想如何用英语说，自言自语都可以，不要怕错，锻炼这种脱口而出的感觉和胆量，口语如果不去使用，是永远无法提高的，当你能从容说出一句有错误的英语别人指出你还能欣然接受时，口语水平上去就是水到渠成了。

J. 我想练习英语口语，但是我读文章的时候舌头总是打不过转，稍微读快或者有点绕口的舌头就打结。求技巧。

别听复1楼那种机构，那种制都是广告，完全没必要花那些冤枉钱。

其实英语学好学不好跟你在什么机构学的一点关系都没有，而完全是练习，你口语不好的话，就要通过大量练习来解决，如果你是学生的话，每天早点起床，先到学校找个没人的地方，自己大声朗读文章，一段时间后提升是非常明显的，开始的时候你可以慢些读，等文章你非常熟练了再快速朗读，一篇文章读上10编，前5次慢点，后面5次快一些，这种学习方法效果是很有用的。

另外就是，一定要把音标学好，如果你音标本身就不是很清楚，你当初记单词的发音就会有问题，读快当然会出错了。其实口语就是多加练习，完全不需要别的，只要你能照我说的方法坚持1个月，相信你口语的感觉就会明显得到提升的
