我的推荐一来如新东源方一样还是首先背足够量的单词。如果背完GRE（包括四六级，TOEFL词汇），随机抽取文章单词理解率将高于97.5%，这时再读小说就可以进一步提高英语理解水平了。因为小说往往融合文化因素，即使单词个个认识合在一起也要仔细推理才能了解含义，如果词汇量不够，单词意思尚不能理解，引申义就更加难以把握。如果下定决心从读小说学英语，那也首先推荐简单易懂面向于青少年的小说起，如哈利波特之类。阅读量上去后可以逐渐增加难度比如选一些世界名著原版书。

您好，先要取抄得著作权人的许可袭。
翻译权是著作财产权的一项重要权能，翻译权包括各种文字的翻译权。作者授权他人翻译其作品，一般会限定翻译的语言种类。未经作者授权，他人不得随意将作品翻译成其他语种。即著作权人转移一种文字的翻译权，不等于也转移了其他文字的翻译权。如转让了俄文的翻译权，并不意味着英文的翻译权也转让了他人。翻译者对其翻译的作品享有著作权，但其行使著作权时不得损害原作品作者的著作权。
翻译原作即产生译本，译本是原作的派生作品。译本的著作权与原作的翻译权全然不同，译本的著作权是译本翻译人的权利，原作的翻译权是原作著作权人的一项财产权利。在原作著作权人自行翻译的情况下，原作著作权人与译本著作权人则为同一人。
我国《著作权法》规定，将中国公民、法人或其他组织已经发表的以汉语言文字创作的作品翻译成少数民族语言文字作品在国内出版发行，不侵犯著作权人的著作权，主要是指不侵犯著作权人的翻译权。

According to legend, a young man while roaming the desert came across a spring of delicious crystal-clear water. The water was so sweet, he filled his leather canteen so he could bring some back to a tribal elder who had been his teacher.
