看别人的视频还不如靠自己,看别人反而让你陷入迷障,过来人建议:1.适当打扮,吃好早餐,试讲那天是个体力活AND脑力活。2.抽签尽量靠后,最早讲课的都是枪靶子(除非你讲的非常优秀,是VERY优秀!),鉴定机构不可能每个人都让你过,有比例的。3.尽量选自己最擅长的章节,写好自己的教案(完整的)并熟悉它,很重要,答辩的时候要用上的。4.多问问讲过出来的同学,了解评委的情况。5.入场一定要调整好状态,老师都听了一天课了都,都已经超级累了,你要让他眼前一亮,简短自我介绍,直接进入主题,声音要洪亮有力,要有短而精悍的漂亮板书(只限重点),中途不要冷场,要和主考官互动,虽然没有学生,此时考验你的教学能力,能否掌控课堂的能力,不要忽视他们的视而不见,此时另外的考官已经开始打分了,语速不要太快,你的面前是虚拟的学生,不是大学生。不要犯知识性错误,因为你说的英语,想好了再说,尤其是答辩的时候,切记!因为时间较短,原则上是15----30MIN,你的安排好时间,目标明确,重点突出,适当互动,自然的仪态至全场。答辩的时候千万不要和评委抢着说!评委示意结束后,要致谢!当然最重要的还是要有很好的心态啦,沉着稳定,说的FASHION点就是要HOLD住全场!!!!祝你顺利通过试讲!!!!

Self-love is to take good care of yourself. The person who love for oneself is willing to really facing self and love others naturally.Self-love is an intelligence of self-examination,it also prove that one understand own inner world, is willing to share own feeling and feel circumferential everything in heart. People who like themselves are more open to outside have more ability to undertake responsibility. Their life has direction,preciously cherish oneself, and more easily living. The most important is that they can respect to others and put themselves in others’ position to treat. On the contrary ,people who don’t like themselves may be weak .For example, when they lose the affirmation of the outside, their self-confidence will be blowed seriously, and even they will doubt themselves because of feeling no sense of security.they also may not be able to return love.
Obviously, self-love is a person to love his/her own feelings and consciousness, it really isn't a love of kindness to fellowmen even a great love. when we all really learn self-love, our society will more harmonious and ourselves will better development.
