H. 小学英语阅读理解怎么提高

阅读理解是英语教学的核心内容之一,也是英语教学中的一个难点。阅读理解主要是考查学生综合运用所学语言知识的能力,包括阅读能力,理解能力,归纳概括能力,逻辑推理能力以及对材料的评估能力等。阅读理解不仅要求学生理解所读材料的“语言意义”, 而且更重要的是理解语篇意义以及整篇文章的大意。我们的学生年龄比较小,理解能力有限,英语水平参差不齐,也基本未进行过系统的语法教学,所以阅读对于他们是比较困难的。
那我们怎样培养学生的阅读习惯呢?首先,教师要发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用,教会学生正确的阅读方法。在课堂教学中,教师有目的、有计划、有组织地面对全班进行教学,通过课堂教学,可以加强学生的语言基础知识的运用,培养正确的阅读方法,使学生养成良好的阅读习惯,从而提高阅读理解能力。
1、 要求学生掌握所学的词汇,如最常用的名词、动词、形容词及一些常见的介词、连词等。
2、 回归基础,力求做到单元中的阅读文章过关。
3、 培养正确的阅读方法:基于学生语法知识很差,我通常建议学生带着问题找答案。(如果文章比较简单,就采取限度文章了解大意,再去做题。)其次,要加强学生课外阅读的训练,提高学生的阅读理解能力。
要提高学生的英语阅读能力,还需要结合学生的具体情况,有计划地指导他们阅读一定数量的课外读物。这样才能才能积累大量的词汇,扩大知识面,培养语感,提高阅读技巧,形成良好的阅读习惯,从而具备较强的英语阅读能力。但是在选择阅读材料时,要注意形式和内容在难易程度上的搭配,会使学生失去阅读的兴趣的题材。这样学生才会主动去读,也才能很好的达到目的。
总之,教师在课堂教学过程中有目的地教授阅读技巧和学习方法,有利于学生掌握扎实的英语基础知识与基本的阅读技巧,也有利于培养学生的自学能力,提高学生的阅读能力。但除此之外,还需要大量的、广泛的课外阅读。要促使学生养成良好的阅读习惯,培养语感,提高阅读能力,从而全面提高学生应用英语的能力。
