酒店的英语培训一般源一年一次，基本安排在淡季，时间大概在圣诞节或者新年前后。
方式是岗上培训和业余时间相结合（培训生除外，培训生的语言培训都是在上岗前进行岗前培训）。
教材是单独的教材，和酒店知识有结合的。
师资一般都是从外语学院请老师，或者饭店培训部
的培训员进行培训。档次高的饭店还会聘请外教进行语言强化训练。
