首先，发音要标准，这点是最重要的。
然后把你的演讲材料反复的读，把它记牢，要不忘词的话会很尴尬。还有注意一下演讲时的手势，这样会使你的演讲生动一点。
还有一点要注意的是，演讲前一定要进行模拟演习，找几个同学当听众，让他们看看你的表现有什么不足之处。这也可以帮助克服怯场
最后，上台后和演讲完毕别忘了给评委鞠躬，以表礼貌
