现在英语比赛很多，
比如，口语的：青少年口语比赛、CCVE历奇（这个初赛专很容易进，决赛，只要你基属础好，获得优胜奖应该没问题。）
笔试的：全国小学生奥林匹克英语竞赛（这个初赛是在学校比得，决赛要看的，看分数线，比如，这届92分就是3等奖了。）

1、全国小抄学生英语能力竞赛（National English Contest for Primary Students，简称 NECPS）是目前我国小学英语唯一的全国性学科竞赛，是全国性的小学英语教学的评价手段和重要的激励机制。
2、本竞赛活动严格遵循教育部下发的《中小学生竞赛活动管理若干规定》的文件精神进行。本竞赛的举办及其后续活动和研究、评估、总结工作，将根据教育部有关部门对我中心有关测试改革的指示和要求，为基础教育阶段小学英语课程、教学改革试点和外语水平测试、评估改革提供参考资料和必要的数据，以推动我国基础教育外语教学改革，把我国的小学英语教学水平推上一个新的台阶。

㈥ 请问小学生（六年级）可参加什么权威的英语等级考试。 全国小学生英语竞赛太简单，一等奖太多。

小学生（六年级）可参加全国英语等级考试（PETS）考试，可以选择考1-3及。
PETS－1：一级是初回始级，其考答试要求略高于初中毕业生的英语水平（PETS－1B是全国英语等级考试的附属级）。

PETS－2：二级是中下级，相当于普通高中优秀毕业生的英语水平（此级别笔试合格成绩可替代自学考试专科阶段英语（一）、文凭考试基础英语考试成绩）。

PETS－3：三级是中间级，相当于我国学生高中毕业后在大专院校又学了两年公共英语或自学了同等程度英语课程的水平。（此级别笔试合格成绩可替代自学考试本科阶段英语（二）考试成绩。）

㈧ 全国小学生英语能力竞赛的各年竞赛

根据2008年赛题调查问卷的反馈信息，对2010年的赛题进行如下改革：
1、低、四年级组赛题笔试部分的第一题“单词、短语”由原来的10小题加为15小题（增加5道翻译题）；
2、低、四年级组赛题笔试部分的 “单项选择”题调整为10分；
3、五、六年级组赛题将“单项选择”调整为10分；
4、原“翻译填空”部分增加5道小题，更全面考查学生对单词和短语的掌握情况。
决赛口试试题将加大对学生的语音、语调的考查以及他们运用语言的能力。每年级组口试试题均为10套，与决赛试卷一起寄至各省（自治区、直辖市）竞赛组委会。

（3）申办单位提供法人单位法人证书(副本）复印件、有效场地使用证明复印件、法人代表（负责人）身份证复印件和考级负责人身份证复印件各一份。
2、在收到申办单位提交的申请材料后10个工作日之内，主办单位答复是否设立全国文化艺术考级定点机构。
3、主办单位与申办单位签订合作协议，并为申办单位提供授权书和其他相关资料。
