分开排名再算一起。也就是每一科换算标准分后相加除以5.4

举例：（这是我帮另外一个同学换算的标准分，你可以参考来看下哦~）
语文：80-70 （这是原始分）
B+/B 540-480 （这是估算后的标准分和等级）
数学：80-70
B+/B 530-480
英语：95-85
A+/A 660-570
科学：120-90
B+/B/C+ 540-430*1.5=810-645 （科学历史和体育因为权重不是1，所以还要乘以相应权重）
历史与社会：80-90
A/B+ 570-530*0.6=342-318
体育：刚刚及格
C+ 380*0.3=114

标准总分：（发挥较好）
（540+530+660+810+342+114）/5.4=555分（最后，这是换算标准分后的结果）
标准总分：（发挥较差）
（480+480+570+645+318+114）/5.4=483分
中位数（正常发挥）：519分

再来一个成绩相对更好的同学的例子：

语文：82-90左右 A/A+ 570-700 90以上的话可以750-800
数学：90左右 A 580-660
英语：88-97 排名不会波动那么大吧……A/A+ 570-750
科学：140左右 A/A+ 630-700=945-1050
历史：94左右A/A+ 600-670=360-400
体育：28左右 B+ 150

最低标准总分：3280/5.4=607
平均标准总分：3460/5.4=640
最高标准总分：3790/5.4=702

由上面的例子你可以看出标准分是低分拖的不多，但是高分拉的很多。
也就是说如果你偏科的话，现在最好的选择就是，把薄弱科目稳在75分平均分就好，而全力去抓优势科目争取稳定在95分以上拿A+的水平。

然后，关于你的体育

首先，体育成绩是按照换算标准分后（见备注）乘以0．3后加入标准总分后
除以5.4得到实际标准总分（即体育成绩可影响分数范围：极差30分 50分－17分）
平均体育成绩可以给每人增加28分

体育原始分－标准分大致换算关系：
A＋（100）换算为900分标准分 50分 大约30％满分
A（TOP30%）没有A……
B＋（95＋）换算为500－570分标准分 28－32分
B（85＋）换算为430分以上标准分 24－28分
C＋（70分＋）换算为380分以上标准分 21－24分
C（70分以下）换算为380分以下标准分 17－21分

你可以看出，其实只要不是A+的话，体育最多也就能拉开10分的差距而已。
如果你是B+的话，大概会和满分拉开20分标准分的差距。

但是，请不用担心，这也只是中考中很小的一部分而已，不要影响了正常的复习进度，考完了就请放在一边，积极准备文化课吧~

全国目前使用的有10个版本的初中英语教材，其中8个版本都有2012或者2013教育部审核字样，但上海例外。上海使用的初中教材以牛津上海版为主，以新世纪为辅（也就是大多使用牛津上海版）。
