4. 注意因材施教，采用分层分类教育，帮助不同层次的学生获得不同的提高和收获。学生两极分化想象严重，那么对不同层次的学生就要提出不同的要求，对于成绩较差的学生复习重点放在单词，句型等基础知识上。
