教材说明
本课是仁爱版英语八年级上册unit 2 topic 2 section b的内容。本课分五部分进行,1a、2b谈论生活习惯,要求学生会区分好习惯和坏习惯及如何养成好习惯保持健康的身体。1b、1c学习情态动词must 和must not 的用法,要求学生会运用它们谈论必须做和禁止做的事情,包括学校的一些规章制度。2b部分综合运用所学做听读训练。
设计理念
本课内容较多,且安排较散,我不局限于课本的安排,按照自己的上课思路巧妙地替换教学步骤,把课文分两大部分上。第一部分为2a和1a,讲解好坏习惯,第二部分为1b、1c和2b,讲解情态动词must 和must not 的用法。在新课导入过程中我采用简笔画的方式把2a 部分内容呈现在黑板上,既吸引了学生的眼球又为本课的学习作好了铺垫。在1a部分的学习中我巧妙地设制了几个问题自然地引出了情态动词的用法。在1c部分的教学中我采用看图对话,并贴标志的方式,让学生充分地参与在课堂中。在达标测评中,我采用我读文章,学生边听边改错的方式,既锻炼了学生的听说能力,又极好地对本课进行检测。总之,本堂课我将采取多种多样的教学方法,充分调动学生的学习热情,让学生轻松快乐的学习。
教学目标:
1.知识目标

grammar: to learn master modal verbs “ must” and “must not”.

let students know health is important for us, we should keep healthy.

设计说明:利用黑板上的短语结合must , must not 的用法,编对话,继续讨论好坏习惯,在对话中让学生亲身体会到must 和must not 的用法,并锻炼了他们从听读技能提高到写和说的技能。这部分为本课的重点,让学生先分组练习,再请三四组学生上讲台前表演,教师以鼓励为主。

设计说明:学习此部分我先在黑板上画一幅学校的简笔画,类似于我们书上的画,给予画中人物名称,让学生讨论他们能不能做图中人物正在做的事情。接着让学生把标有不能做的事情的标志贴在图中对应的位置。此部分不仅训练了学生的动口动手能力,也锻炼了他们的观察能力。

设计说明:达标测评题是教师先读一段文章,让学生找出错误,并帮其纠正,这个题目涉及了听说训练,全方位考查了学生对今天所学的掌握情况。最后对学生进行有关健康和遵守规章制度的思想教育,把德育贯于英语课堂教学中,让学生既学会知识又学会做人。
