3、调查方法：对xx学院的全部学生（限于三年级以下）进行问卷调查。
三、调查结果
（一）大学生网上购物总体情况分析
1、性别年龄特征。调查结果显示，72%的被调查学生有过网上购物经历，而男生网络购物群略高于女生。互联网在男性中的普及程度要高于女性，男生比女生更敢于冒险和追求新的事物，而且男生的网络基础知识比女生普遍，这可能是造成大学男生网络购物比率要高于女生的原因。
2、年级特征。调查发现，大三的学生网上购物的比例明显高于大一的学生，由此可见，排除学校开网政策的影响，网龄对网络购买影响较大，网龄越高，越容易进行网上购物。
3、根据调查发现，有购物的人中购物需求以满足精神需要的产品为主。大学生网上购买的前四种商品依次为图书（31.2％）、饰品（24％）、电脑及相关产品（23.5％）、音像制品（17.6％）。这些商品和服务更体现了大学生在生活、学习和文化娱乐等各个方面的消费。相比之下，由于食品的特殊性（保鲜等问题），却几乎无人在网上购买食品。

1.没有网上购物经历的大学生对网络购物的感知风险较高。全部被调查者中，对网络安全（信用卡信息、个人信息等）的担心有62 %，而对售后服务保证，货物质量，配送速度的担心分别占了56 %， 49 %， 38 %，其他还有对登记手续繁琐，配送费用等。
2.拥有网络购物经历的大学生对网上购物遇到的困难中。商品种类和网站数目太多占了26 %，商品描述不清楚也有24%，而结算方式在所有人当中也占22 %，其他问题中存货不足，界面复杂,不易操作及网站速度太慢等有28%。
3.对网上购物的发展前景，有62%被调查者认同越来越被人们接受,发展空间很大这个观点，可以看出网上购物会越来越发展及形成人们购物的主要形式。也有20%的人还是认为短期内不会有太大的发展，这其中有很多是没有网上购物经历的。
四、网络购物前景
大学生网上购物潜力巨大。通过本次调查显示，有网上购物经历的大学生占五成。而没有网上购物经历的大学生，其中只有11%的人没有浏览过购物网站。不难看出大学生在网上购物的市场潜力是巨大的！
