How to Get a Job After Graation
The past decade has witnessed a more and more fierce competition in the job market.Consequently students voice growing concern over how to get a job after graation. To this problem, in my mind, there are at least the following three approaches.
First of all, the main approach is to take part in grand recruiting fairs in big cities. The student hands in his resume and waits for the notice of an interview. Secondly, the students can go over the advertisements on newspapers, TV or the Internet to find a satisfactory job. Of course he should also wait for reply after sending out applications. Finally, going directly to an ideal company is a brave behavior, which sounds pretty rare among the job hunters.
Personally, I would like to choose the second method in my own practice. On the one hand, I don't want to have a try at those companies which are not advertised in the mass media. The success rate is so rare that I cannot afford the time and energy. On the other hand, I would not like to go to those crowded recruiting fairs, which often provide only poorly-paid posts which are neither challenging nor promising. As long as I am sure of making sufficient preparations and distinguishing myself ring interviews, it is out of question for me to get the ideal job which I have been dreaming of.

First of all ,sincerely treat the thing and the people. ,standing here , in sincerely ,making this speech ,not in too much beautiful word or sentence .the only thing I want to deliver is my sprits.i beilieve ,only in sincere, can we win the trust, can we get the support, can we meet the ture friends at the end. there was a long time I could be much ugly ,because wearing the (牙套).but ,I own a lot of true friends ,they don’t care my outlook, thanks to them ,they teached me how to sincere,sincerely make friends.even ,（拆下牙套，） would care the past of me ,but I still persit on being sincere.that is me

Secondly ,responsibity is always on our shoulder.there is no doubt that we graally shoulder more thing .when in my senior 2, my brother have asked me ,which thing made you most depressived.i clearly remembered my answer,my physics grade improved from 22 to 60.my brother luaghed to me .till now ,I know it’s the thing with responsibity .

this winter vacation ,my father held a birthday party for me . at the middle ,some customers asked my father to attent the meeting ,but ,he rejected.he instit on staying.i asked why ,father respond to me ,this is respondsibility, just for a family. if I couldn’t keep a promise fot my family ,what I can do for my staffs?

From that day ,I learnd how to be the true respondsibility man ,keep promise to the thing firmly. i hope ,in no longer,I can be that .

Thirdly, to be on time. from the first day set foot in the school,my mather reminded me of being on time .no matter when raining or sunny,no matter I am health or not,my mather deliver me to school on time everyday. when I was in fever, my mather would sent me to 诊所,then ,right away to school.to shtudy.
Perhaps,expect time opinion, moerless,my mother teached me how to fasten the chance I can study.at the college,don’t we lack that thing ?

Finaly, think to my 部长my 老乡，，my lover。When I came this school,lost in the dreaming university life,thank to his guide.without him ,I would be so blind in my future.he say ,worthy is the most important…sometimes,I confused what is the worthy .no define,no boundry. But ,if you learn about that,you will know,you would get the anergy to strugle, you would be satisfied for it, you would be no regert…in other words, the worty is the small goal in you mind ,don’t you think so ? I became the slave of draming,but ,no compliment,even it could be 幸福。

Simple things in life
My dear friends are you busy coping with small stuff everyday but forget your friends who support you? Are you engaged in work but neglect the beautiful views of trees, flowers and birds outside the window? Do you complain the things that you’ missed or can’t obtain but never appreciate what you have in your hands right now?
Well, these are common characteristics of modern people and have already deprived us of the joy of life. What can we do to change it? My answer is to care about the simple things in life, to care about the moments we should have cherished and to care about the people we should have thanked. These things and people are very simple but very important. What is life about? We push hard everyday to make more money to get power and recognition but we remember we far greater pain that within see the beauty when it is flowed and we fail to respond with love it was tendered. One day when we look back we actually realize we don’t need that much, but we can’t turn the clock back for what we have missed. Life is not about making money, acquiring power; the truth meaning of life actually lies in the simple daily things. Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life and the whole aim of human existence. So take it easy, do what you want to do and don’t forget the simple things, the simple people around you, because it is them that make your life whole. Life is fragile, life is short, do not take life for granted, everything happen to you must make sense. Things could be simple, but life definitely can not because we are all unique, thank you！

大学是人生的关键阶段。这是因为，进入大学是你终于放下高考的重担，第一次开始追逐自己的理想、兴趣。这是你离开家庭生活，第一次独立参与团体和社会生活。这是你不再单纯地学习或背诵书本上的理论知识，第一次有机会在学习理论的同时亲身实践。这是你第一次不再由父母安排生活和学习中的一切，而是有足够的自由处置生活和学习中遇到的各类问题，支配所有属于自己的时间。

大学是人生的关键阶段。这是因为，这是你一生中最后一次有机会系统性地接受教育。这是你最后一次能够全心建立你的知识基础。这可能是你最后一次可以将大段时间用于学习的人生阶段，也可能是最后一次可以拥有较高的可塑性、集中精力充实自我的成长历程。这也许是你最后一次能在相对宽容的，可以置身其中学习为人处世之道的理想环境。

各位老师，各位同学，各位朋友：
大家晚上好：
此时此刻，我站在这个演讲台上，心里很紧张，不是因为是否能讲得好，而是在座的各位，将来可能成为我的领导，可能是我的老板。
有一句话是说：“毕业等于失业。”是的，在学校，我们住学校的，吃父母的，生活无忧无虑，面临毕业，我们就面临要接受生存的考验。在当今这个就业形势非常严峻的今天，大学生对将来的生活很茫然，对找工作也充满了恐惧感，但是，不能因为害怕避而远之，今天，我们要讨论的就是：大学生就业的问题。
记得小时候，老师让我们谈理想，我们有的想当科学家，有的要当医生，有的要当老师，我们有远大的理想，但是现实是，随着年龄的长大，我们不得不意识到，并不是科学家适合你，你也不一定适合做老师或医生，每个人都要有合适自己的职业。
此时此刻，我想给大家讲一个故事，这是发生在元朝初期的故事。一个风和日丽的下午，一个年轻人跋山涉水，他走过居庸关，跨过蒙古草原，一直来到了正在关外带兵作战的成吉思汗的帐篷外，年轻人向卫兵说明来意后，卫兵仔细搜查了他的身上是否是武器，发现没有，然后让他走进帐篷。成吉思汗见来人很有礼貌，询问之后才知道，原来这个年轻人是来投奔他的。这个年轻人叫做耶律楚才，是个契丹贵族，生长在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保机，是赫赫有名的辽国辽太祖。经过这次见面，成吉思汗给他安排了一个职位，一个每天写会议纪要的书记官，偶尔也为蒙古贵族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才没有因为拒绝，他欣然接受了这个工作，后来，他从一个小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，为元朝的发展做出了巨大的贡献，也实现了自己的人生价值。
从这个故事当中，我意识到大学生找工作要从三个方面考虑，第一应该敢于主动去找工作，敢于主动去寻找机会就业；第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分贵贱；第三，不要认为自己的起点高，就一定要从事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合适的。现在的竞争很激烈，大学生有去洗脚有去做服务员的，每一份工作都是一个机会，机会也不是到处都有。我们大学生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主动出击，主动寻找就业机会。有这样一个现象，有的大学生抱怨自己没有关系，抱怨父母不给安排好工作，在现在的社会，机会不是别人给的，而是自己去找的。每当机会降临的时候，我们不能眼高手低，也不要吃着碗里的，看着锅里的，任何工作我们都要任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳的坚持下去，总有一天，我们会得到社会的认可，用我们所写的知识，实现自己的价值。
最后，我想借用李白的诗句与大家共勉：天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来！祝愿大家在毕业之后能够人人找到好工作，人人都有辉煌的明天。
