The next morning, he found that the doors had been blocked by chairs and the furniture had been moved. Though Mr Thompson had turned the lights off before he went to bed, they were on in the morning. He also said that he had found five empty whisky bottles which the ghost must have drunk the night before.When I suggested that some villagers must have come in for a free drink, Mr Thompson shook his head. The villagers have told him that they will not accept the inn even if he gives it away.

成分一： that they will not accept the pub和前面的him都是主句的宾语，即双内宾语。
The villagers have toid him that they will not accept the pub
即村里人告诉过容他（宾语1）他们不接受小酒店（宾语从句，宾语2）
PS： tell (过去时，过去分词 told) 常接双宾语，tell sb sth，表示告诉某人某事（sth可以是词，也可以是句子，即宾语从句）
成分二：even if he gives it away.
even if 引导的让步状语从句，表示即使.....;
