我觉得《全国公共英语等级》更好！一是这种比《新概念英语》更难，更适合高中生一年级的学生，二是现在国家也比较认这种英语！

C. 新概念英语及英语自学

兄弟，要说分，您这分真不算高，设计学习方法是挺麻烦的事，别说分，您付钱也未必有人会认真给您设计。不过您确实有学好英语的诚意，那么我下面会敲很多内容，希望你认真地看一看，不一定尽善尽美，但是却是从您自身的基础出发为您订做的方法。

第一步：

从新概念二册开始，网上你可以下载到原新东方老师徐燕讲解的新概念二册Flash（网络搜索“新概念二册 徐燕”），她是目前市面上讲新概念二册讲得最好的老师。在听完她的课之后，你的语法水平基本可以达到四级水平，但是听力和口语水平还是不行，顺便说一下：徐老师不擅长讲解发音，她的发音也并不很准确。

这一步结束后你的水平：

语法：四级左右；
单词量：3000左右；
听力：基本零基础；
口语：基本零基础；
阅读：高考水平；
写作：高考水平；
发音：不佳

第二步：有两件事要同时进行
第一件事：
买进《Listen to this》初级，开始按部就班地进行学习，不要以做听力题为目的，要以听懂为目的，刚开始别追求理解效率，不要限制自己几遍必须把题目做出来，听到无论怎么听都做不出新题目来为止，然后看配套的教师用书，里面有文本，仔细分析自己哪里没有听懂和没有听懂的原因是什么，是因为有单词不认识，还是因为有的句型结构不熟悉，亦或是因为有一些习惯用法你不知道。把你不会的单词、结构和习语连着句子都记录下来，写在一个小本上，所有小本上的句子要全部能够背颂——这些都是你为自己积累的口语句型，原汁原味，纯正地道。同时，每天听过的篇章要照着教师用书上的资料大声地朗读，而且是跟着音像资料读，语音，语速尽可能地去进行模仿。每周选一篇认为自己读得很流畅的资料，用麦录进电脑里，然后自己一边听一边和原书的读音进行对比纠音。
第二件事：
同时，买进《新概念英语三》，下载新东方王丽蕴老师讲解的Flash课程，仔细地把所有的课程认真，仔细地上完。比起侧重单独语法应用的新概念二，新概念三册侧重复杂语法结构（比如非谓语之间的对比、独立主格、虚拟语气等等）的综合应用，所以，新概念三册，老师会教你如何扩展你写作的句子，如何把语言使用得地道等等。

结束后你的水平：
语法：基本完善；
单词量：5000左右；
听力：雅思5.5分左右水平；
口语：雅思5.5分左右水平；
阅读：介于四级到六级之间的水平；
写作：介于四级到六级之间的水平；
发音：英音，纯正，有细节差异，语速慢，缺少语言素材；

第三步：有四件事要同时进行
第一件事：
用学习《Listen to this》初级的方法，开始学习中级；区别是，要求自己在三遍之内把所有题目做完，并且在第三遍结束后别忙着对答案，先用你的语言去复述你听到的内容，其余照旧。
第二件事：
买进《新概念英语四》，下载新东方薛冰老师讲解的Flash课程，薛老师是新东方的名师，新四侧重于文章的鉴赏和美文的写作，要用心听他对于文章的分析，对于句子结构的讲解。这时候，你不该再关注什么是“对”的，你应该关注什么是“好”的，同时通过学习这些课文积累写作和口语素材，新四的文章涉及很多领域，是非常优秀的素材。
第三件事：
和二楼兄弟说的一样，看电影学英语，看的时候分几遍
第一遍，看英文原声和中文字幕，尽量用心去听，听不懂再看字幕。这一遍结束之后要求剧情障碍全部扫除。
第二遍，看英文原声和英文字幕，由于剧情，对话你都已经掌握了，所以当你看到英文习语的表达，你会很快反应出它的意思，又由于你已经建立了良好的语法基础，所以你可以很容易地体会到（而不需要别人教你）英语口语用法和书面用法的区别。把你听《Listen to this》的小本带上，好的用法当场连句子抄写下来。
第三遍，看英文原声无字幕，脑子随时跟着剧情走，这一遍要求你把每一个词都尽可能听得明明白白。
第四遍，看中文原声无字幕，尝试进行同声传译，根据印象把你听到的所有中文翻译都翻回英文，要求用法尽可能和原剧本接近。这一步如果能够做到，那么您的口语表达几乎已经不存在障碍了，尽管是一部看过三遍的影片，这一部对于当时的您恐怕也不会简单。
说明一下：在看电影的时候，当你遇到了问题，可以暂停或者回放，每一遍都可以，除了第一遍。
至于什么电影合适，你去网上搜一下，有得是看电影学英语的建议，我这里不赘述了
还有第四件事：
去读英文原版的《TCP/IP Routing Volume I》、《TCP/IP Illustrated Volume I》、《Computer Network , A system approach》、《802.11 Wireless Networks, The Definitive Guide》……去搜索IEEE和ACM学报，读原版的网络技术前沿论文，只有把英语应用到你的领域，这语言才是你的附加值。

结束后你的水平：
语法：完善；
单词量：8000-12000
听力：可以理解绝大多数英语日常会话；
口语：日常会话基本消除障碍，可以进行专业技术交流；
阅读：除生僻领域会遇到生词之外，本专业领域和日常会话无障碍；
写作：有能力用英语发表专业论文；
发音：英音，纯正，流利；

第四步：
这时候的你显然不会照着我现在给你安排的东西去做了，因为你对于学习语言已经有了自己的心得。你可能会去做一做《Listen to this》高级，听一听CNN，BBC的时事新闻，用英语写写博客，去网上搜罗还没有出版的技术书籍读一读，或者读读原版的英文小说什么的。管它呢，到这会儿，你干什么都是在学英语。

我就不预测结束后你的水平了，因为这一步是不需要一个完结的。

最后说明几点
一，我上面的安排属于理想化的主张，可是你在学习时难免会遇到一些问题，你身边没有老师很难解决，你的同时你的工作有时也会给你施加一些压力让你放弃，你会很烦，你会很憋屈，推荐你几本不错的书可以作为对你的帮助。
一、新东方张满胜编的《英语语法新思维》初级，适合阶段一选择
二、新东方张满胜编的《英语语法新思维》中级，高级，适合阶段二选择
三、张道真《实用英语语法》，适合阶段三选择
四《哈利•波特》英文版，适合阶段三以后使用。
五《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》，全程必备，阶段一有词有疑惑，用汉语解释理解，后面的阶段全用英语解释来理解
还有一些不错的好书，不一一推荐了，有需要的时候再说吧。

二，新东方那些视频不要只听一遍，也不要听过就过，不懂的地方要反复听，听了还不懂要找人问，要自己查，不要哪一步都学一个半吊子，我设计的步与步之间跨度还是比较大的，你第一步走歪了，后面你会很痛苦。

三，适合学英语的电影大都为美音发音，而你从《Listen to this》开始学习的就是纯正的英音，所以看电影时，表达你可以积累，发音不要跟着走形，当然，也有很多影片是英音的，这些第三步的时候，你自己就可以鉴别了，如果不行可以Hi我。

以上是我的答案，只是一个蓝本，不必过于教条，但是思路是没有问题的，希望你坚持下去，别辜负我敲了半个小时的一片苦心。

这些方法有喝多中的，下面说说我所整理的一些方法吧：

免费的网络通讯工具

网络通讯工具有哪些呢?主要就是指QQ，邮箱这类的互联网工具，这些工具可以为我们在一定程度上提升网站的流量，关键是看你怎样去运用。很多的朋友对这些信息是很敏感的，或许可以说讨厌，不要一加QQ群就去发广告，而是积极的参与互动，讨论，让更多人了解你，知道你有这样的一个网站。从而推动人群去点击你的网站，或是寻找他需要的产品或服务。

问答平台

中文网站推广，要用尽网络知道，这个用尽不是说我们去搞作弊，回答别人的问题，不符合内容的。而是我们要用心去回答问题，适当的加上自己的网站链接，不一定要有首页的网址，可以是内页，或是其他可以到达我们网站的链接。现在网络很多的问答平台，有：网络知道，天涯问答，新浪知识，搜搜问答等等。网络知道是最好的，那就需要你合理的利用，要是你使用过量，甚至会为网站带来K站的可能性。

博客（微博）推广

指的是企业或者个人通过博客这种网络应用平台进行自我宣传，以其达到宣传企业形象，企业产品，品牌以及个人品质的营销目的。
现在网络上的免费博客有很多，网络空间，新浪，QQ空间，天涯，网易等等，博客相对来说没有那么严格，可以说比较宽松点，我们可以在博客上带上自己的产品，或是服务，网站地址。这些都没有问题的。

论坛推广

指得是通过论坛的方式。在一些人气高人流量大的论坛网站（如新浪论坛，天涯论坛等）发布和公司产品相关的帖子，提高网络曝光率，提高品牌树立。另外网站的个人签名档等信息栏目也是可以合理利用到的地方！

电子邮件推广

通过群发邮件方式推广。在这要注意几点是，第一，邮件地址的有效性！这就需要长期并收集整理或者也可以通过个别渠道途径进行购买。第二，邮件内容的实用性。内容必须有效，并且有可读性，能激起读者了解并最终产生购买欲望。第三，邮件发布的时间把握。比如节假日等特殊时间。

软文推广

软文推广指的是，在互联网及各种媒体上以一种隐晦的方式间接的宣传公司及公司产品的正面形象和品牌。软文的特点是，亲和度高，传播性广，大众乐意接受并会自发的去传播影响。具有极强的潜移默化效果。与之相类似的有软广告，软宣传，软新闻等等。软文推广可以说是所有推广力性价比最高，安全指数也是最好的一种推广手段，一篇成功的软文带来的何止是外链，更多的是业务订单。好的软文不是只为了带上网站的链接，是为公司做好业务推广，不是说一篇文章就为了带来一个链接。不过，其也有着极大的缺陷就是，优秀的软文极难创造，可以用妙手偶得来形容。相对来说软广告，软视频有着更大的操作性，不过就是成本较高了！

搜索引擎优化

网站SEO，可以说是，网站流量的支柱，也是网站网络营销的最重要的一个条件。合理的SEO可以为网站带来不错的流量，网站都没流量谈何业务订单。怎样做好网站的搜索引擎优化，有很多工作，关键词布局，标签优化，代码优化，网页布局等等。

Yesterday afternoon Frank Hawkins was telling me about his experiences as a young man. Frank is now the head of a very large business company, but as a boy he used to work in a small shop. It was his job to repair bicycles and at that time he used to work fourteen hours a day. He saved money for years and in 1938 he bought a small work-shop of his own. During the war Frank used to make spare parts for aeroplanes. At that time he had two helpers. By the end of the war, the small work-shop had become a large factory which employed seven hundred and twenty-eight people. Frank smiled when he remembered his hard early years and the long road to success. He was still smiling when the door opened and his wife came in. She wanted him to repair their son's bicycle!

Lesson32 Shopping made easy 购物变得很方便

People are not so honest as they once were. The temptation to steal is greater than ever before--especially in large shops. A detective recently watched a well-dressed woman who always went into a large store on Monday mornings. One Monday, there were fewer people in the shop than usual when the woman came in, so it was easier for the detective to watch her. The woman first bought a few small articles. After a little time, she chose one of the most expensive dresses in the shop and handed it to an assistant who wrapped it up for her as quickly as possible. Then the woman simply took the parcel and walked out of the shop without paying. When she was arrested, the detective found out that the shop-assistant was her daughter. The girl' gave' her mother a free dress once a week !

lesson33 Out of the darkness 冲出黑暗

Nearly a week passed before the girl was able to explain what had happened to her. One afternoon she set out from the coast in a small boat and was caught in a storm. Towards evening, the boat struck a rock and the girl jumped into the sea. Then she swam to the shore after spending the whole night in the water. During that time she covered a distance of eight miles. Early next morning, she saw a light ahead. She knew she was near the shore because the light was high up on the cliffs. On arriving at the shore, the girl struggled up the cliff towards the light she had seen. That was all she remembered. When she woke up a day later, she found herself in hospital.

Lesson34 Quick work 破案“神速”

Ted Robinson has been worried all the week. Last Tuesday he received a letter from the local police. In the letter he was asked to call at the station. Ted wondered why he was wanted by the police, but he went to the station yesterday and now he is not worried any more. At the station, he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle had been found. Five days ago, the policeman told him, the bicycle was picked up in a small village four hundred miles away. It is now being sent to his home by train. Ted was most surprised when he heard the news. He was amused too, because he never expected the bicycle to be found. It was stolen twenty years ago when Ted was a boy of fifteen !

Lesson35 Stop thief! 捉贼！

Rov Trenton used to drive a taxi. A short while ago, however, he became a bus-driver and he was not regretted it. He is finding his new work far more exciting. When he was driving along Catford Street recently, he saw two thieves rush out of a shop and run towards a waiting car. One of them was carrying a bag full of money. Roy acted quickly and drove the bus straight at the thieves. The one with the money got such a fright that he dropped the bag. As the thieves were trying to get away in their car, Roy drove his bus into the back of it. While the battered car was moving away, Roy stopped his bus and telephoned the police. The thieves' car was badly damaged and easy to recognize. Shortly afterwards, the police stopped the car and both men were arrested.

Lesson36 Across the Channel 横渡海峡

Erna Hart is going to swim across the English Channel tomorrow. She is going to set out from the French coast at five o'clock in the morning. Erna is only fourteen years old and she hopes lo set up a new world record. She is a strong swimmer and many people feel that she is sure to succeed. Erna's father will set out with her in a small boat. Mr Hart has trained his daughter for years. Tomorrow he will be watching her anxiously as she swims the long distance to England. Erna intends to take short rests every two hours. She will have something to drink but she will not eat any solid food. Most of Erna's school friends will be waiting for her on the English coast. Among them will be Erna's mother, who swam the Channel herself when she was a girl.

Lesson37 The Olympic Games 奥林匹克运动会

The Olympic Games will be held in our country in four years' time. As a great many people will be visiting the country, the government will be building new hotels, an immense stadium, and a fine new swimming pool. 'They will also be building new roads and a special railway-line. The Games will be held just outside the capital and the whole area will be called 'Olympic City'. Workers will have completed the new roads by the end of this year. By the end of next year, they will have finished work on the new stadium. The fine modern buildings have been designed by Kurt Gunter. Everybody will be watching anxiously as the new buildings go up. We are all very excited and are looking forward to the Olympic Games because they have never been held before in this country.

Lesson38 Everything except the weather 惟独没有考虑到天气

My old friend, Harrison, had lived in the Mediterranean for many years before he returned to England. He had often dreamed of retiring in England and had planned to settle down in the country. He had no sooner returned than he bought a fine house and went to live there. Almost immediately he began to complain about the weather, for even though it was still summer, it rained continually and it was often bitterly cold. After so many years of sunshine, Harrison got a shock. He acted as if he had never lived in England before. In the end, it was more than he could bear. He had hardly had time to settle down when he sold the house and left the country. The dream he had had for so many years ended there. Harrison had thought of everything except the weather.

Lesson39 Am I all right? 我是否痊愈？

While John Gilbert was in hospital, he asked his doctor to tell him whether his operation had been successful, but the doctor refused to do so. The following day, the patient asked for a bedside telephone. When he was alone, he telephoned the hospital exchange and asked for Doctor Millington. When the doctor answered the phone, Mr Gilbert said he was inquiring about a certain patient, a Mr John Gilbert. He asked if Mr Gilbert's operation had been successful and the doctor told him that it had been. He then asked when Mr Gilbert would be allowed to go home and the doctor told him that he would have to stay in hospital for another two weeks. Then Dr Millington asked the caller if he was a relative of the patient.' No,' the patient answered,' I am Mr John Gilbert.'

Lesson40 Food and talk 进餐与交谈

Last week at a dinner-party, the hostess asked me to sit next to Mrs Rumbold. Mrs Rumbold was a large, unsmiling lady in a tight black dress. She did not even look up when I took my seat beside her. Her eyes were fixed on her plate and in a short time, she was busy eating. I tried to make conversation.

' A new play is coming to" The Globe" soon,' I said. 'Will you be seeing it ?' ' No,' she answered. 'Will you be spending your holidays abroad this year ?' I asked. ' No,' she answered.

' Will you be staying in England?' I asked. ' No,' she answered.

In despair, I asked her whether she was enjoying her dinner.

' Young man,' she answered,' if you ate more and talked less, we would both enjoy our dinner !'
