第一种：老师上课肯定会有拓展的知识点， 同学们在适当的时候做些必要的笔记肯定对听课效果的提高有很大的帮助的，如果老师把上课讲的每一句话都写在讲义或ppt上，那老师就成了照本宣科的传递者了，这样对于同学们的学习甚至是老师讲课都是不利的，所以我们还是建议同学们能发挥主观能动性去学习。 愿同学们学习进步！

第二种：一、在铃声未落前，就提前进教室，微笑面对学生，简单大方地把自己介绍给学生，最好能使学生眼前一亮，留下深刻印象。
二、课前要把课准备得非常充分，准备好教具等。把教材装在心里，课堂上，要把90%注意力放在学生身上，10%的注意力用在教学方案的实施上。
三、眼睛柔和，对那些神不守舍、好动、好说的学生目光要犀利，可以“以动制动”，请他们做点事——比如回答问题、读单词、表演、等。
四、及时鼓励、表扬、提醒学生，但话要简洁明了。
五、要尽快地记住每个学生的名字——首先记住表现好的和表现差的学生的名字。
六、要注意教学形式，方法多变。
七、恰当地使用手势、动作等肢体语言。
八、幽默风趣，灵活应对课堂突发事件。
九、吸引学生对英语产生兴趣，引导学生积极互动，但不要过于追求课堂教学的热闹，要让学生学会思考。
十、如教低年级，可以小组合作等形式凝聚学生的注意力。
十一、一定要控制好课堂秩序，组织好课堂教学。
十二、“一碗水端平”，要给大部分学生锻炼的机会。
十三、对学生要求要严格，但不要太厉害。
十四、有机会在自己上第一节课前，多听老教师的课，吸取他们好的经验、教训。
