作文範例：

We can see from the statistics given that state-owned house is 75% of total, which ratio was much higher than private houses』 in 1990. After 1990, the ratio on private house is increased as time. In the second column of 2000, we can see that private house ratio accounts for 80% of total.
Judging from these figures, we can draw the conclusion that private purchase of house becomes more and more. The reason for this, as far as I am concerned is that people』s income increases much more. It is high time that we should develop the economical housing construction to meet more private needs.

『叄』 英語二的小作文應該准備哪些類型的

英語(二)最新大綱規定A節題型有兩種，每次考試選擇其中的一種形式。備選題型包括：
1) 考生根據所給情景寫出約100詞(標點符號不計算在內)的應用性短文，包括私人和公務信函、備忘錄、報告等。
2) 要求考生根據所提供的漢語文章，用英語寫出一篇80~100詞的該文摘要。
從大綱可以看出英語(二)的小作文同英語(一)的小作文一樣，都包括應用文和英文摘要兩大部分。應用文中還包括書信、備忘錄、報告等不同類別。而通過歷年的英語(一)和英語(二)的真題可以看出，書信寫作是考查的一個重點，只有2010年的英語(一)考查了通知的寫作。其實書信寫作對於廣大考生來說並不陌生，大學英語四六級中書信寫作是常考題型。但是學生的書信寫作還存在諸多問題。
第一，格式上的錯誤。書信的稱呼，正確的格式應該是「Dear …,」，而很多考生不用Dear，而且一般都是寫成「Dear…:」。另外，在考研英語寫作中不需要寫日期，最後書信的落款是「Li Ming」，而不是自己的姓名。考生不注意書信的格式，後果就是扣分嚴重。

這道題審題很容易跑偏, 很多同學把重心會放在科技讓年輕人簡單地獲得工作,或者錯誤理解成科技讓年輕人的工作簡單化,忽視了後半句hard for old people。題目中含有並列關系and，需要兩者都要提及，所以後面論證只證明對年輕人的好處是偏面的。

總而言之，上半年題目以老題重現居多，同學們還是要多刷機經，有可能就碰到自己寫過的題目，下半年大作文犯罪類，政府類考題可能會增加，可以增加這兩類話題的練習。另外，要注意審題常見的坑，乍一看不太懂的題目不妨多讀幾遍，不要貿然下筆。
