very happy. When you are old enough to go to school, mother still looks after you all the
time. On cold winter days, she always tells you to put on more clothes. She always stands
in the window waiting for you back from school. When you are hurry to leave home for school
for breakfast ,she feels worried about you at home.She usually knows about your study and
spends much money on your school things . When you do well at school . you will see the
brightset smile on her face.
Mother is ailways ready to give everything she has to her children ,not to receive.

母親總是不得不為孩子們准備好每一件事,但從來不求任何回報.

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.
One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and wandered on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.
When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.
Mother gave me her love without asking for return, How deep mother love is!
每個孩子都被深沉的母愛包圍著，然而我們經常對這種愛視而不見。一天我深深感受到了這種愛。
一天放學後我匆忙回家吃午飯，因為下午考試，我希望早一點回校準備考試。但是我到家時午飯還沒有準備好，我很不高興。飯菜端上來時，我發現沒有一樣是我喜歡的。我生氣地跑出了家門，餓著肚子在街上游盪了一會，然後往學校走去。

在這個世界上，最疼愛我的人就是我的媽媽。
有這樣一件事，讓我記憶深刻。那是我剛上一年級的時候，有一天，我的眼睛看東西老是模糊，媽媽趕緊帶我到醫院去檢查，檢查結果是間接斜視。當醫生告訴媽媽時，媽媽緊張地問醫生說：「嚴重嗎？」醫生對媽媽說要做矯正手術，不然會越來越嚴重。當時，我看到媽媽緊張得身體都有些發抖了。
在媽媽辦完入院手續後，下午五點鍾，我被帶進了手術室。醫生給我打針的時候，因為我有些胖，血管不好找，左手扎了三針，右手也扎了三針，可沒找到位置，最後是從腳上才打上了吊針。媽媽看到我受到的罪，傷心得哭了。
做完手術後，我被送到病房。由於麻醉的原因，我很長時間都迷迷糊糊，媽媽一直守候在我床邊，抓著我的手一直都沒松開。也不知道過了多長時間，我醒過來了。由於眼睛很疼，我哭鬧著想用手去揉搓眼睛，媽媽趕緊攔住我的手，抱著我說：「寶貝，別弄著眼睛。剛做完手術，媽媽知道你難受，可是，你要堅持呀！」一個晚上，媽媽就是這樣抱著我睡的覺。到了天亮，我口渴了，媽媽才把我放到床上，剛想起來給我倒杯水，可是由於一晚上都抱著我，媽媽的腿和胳膊都麻木了，一下子沒能站起來，反而摔倒在床上了。就算這樣，媽媽還是堅持著又站起來，給我倒了水。
在媽媽的細心照顧下，我恢復得很快。現在，我的眼睛已經好了，這都是媽媽的功勞。
這就是疼我、愛我的媽媽。她是天底下最好的媽媽！我愛我的媽媽

Dear Mom;

I know it isn』, much but I』ve decided to write you a little letter to tell you everything you mean to me.
I was looking for cards for you the other day, something that you would like, and that could get my point across but wasn』t to mushy. It』s a hard compromise to make. So I said to myself 「Self, why not make her a card?」 But then I was thinking about it today, and I』m not the most poetic.

So here I am writing you a letter, something I probably haven』t done since I stopped believing in Santa *wink*.
To express in words everything that you are to me would be like trying to fill the grand canyon one grain of sand at a time, but I』m going to try.

Everything I love about myself comes from you. My eyes, my ability to smile and laugh at myself. My perseverance, and ability to tell myself 「It』ll all turn out in the end」. You taught me everything about life, from the most basic things like tying my laces and saying my ABC』s to much more complex things. Loving myself, simply because you love me, and complete understanding of others. You told me once that I』m to independent for a man. You are the one who taught me that independence, I』m happy being myself, you trust my opinion and always keep an open mind to what I have to say, not many alts have that respect for kids. You always listen to me and allow me to make my own mistakes. I』m sure you』ve watched me walk into situations that you knew were going to hurt, but the thing that lets me know how much you care is that you let me go into them. Had I been totally sheltered from life I』d never learn, and when life pushed me around you always gave me your shoulder and ear, and the strength to push back. I』ve always pulled through.

Remember grade 3 and Miss Dunnett? How I』d cry because of her? You always listened to me then, even though, looking back I realize my qualms were so frivolous.

Your so self-less, it amazes me. I asked you SO MANY times what you wanted for mothers day but you couldn』t think of your wants! 「Get me an ink jet」 「what do you want to get me?」

It』s so hard to find something this year because I realized, that I don』t give you as much credit as you deserve, flowers don』t do you justice.
I want to pamper you, I want to hire an astronaut to write how much I love you on the moon.

I can』t express in words what you give to me without even knowing it. Your doing an amazing job being my mother, and I don』t think I tell you enough.
I feel as though I take you for granted sometimes, and maybe you even take yourself for granted.

So today is your one day a year to be spoiled, one measly little day to focus on you rather then everyone else, when you』ve given every day of your life for the past 16 years to me.

I can』t imagine my life with anyone else. I don』t even want to imagine it.
We』re growing old together and I wouldn』t have it any other way.

So happy mothers day, I hope you enjoy it, and now you know that I can write more then 50 words about what you mean to me. I don』t need an essay contest to tell you though. (549 words)

我早上起床晚了，所以沒來得及喂貓就上學去了。當我下午放學回家時，貓都快要餓死了。它們圍著我「喵喵」地叫著要飯吃。我拿出一條魚扔過去。我想看看誰先搶到魚。只見貓媽媽一口叼住魚，迅速跑開了。它沒有吃，而是放下魚，回頭召喚它的孩子們。四個小傢伙狼吞虎咽地吃著魚，而它們的媽媽就在一旁溫柔地看著，一口也沒吃。我想起了我的媽媽。她也是這樣無私地對我的。這就是母愛了，我想。

I got up late this morning and went to school without feeding my cats.When I came home in the afternoon, the cats almost starved to death. They circled around me and crying for food. I took one fish out and threw it to the cats. I wanted to see who was the first one to catch the fish. Mother cat held it in her mouth and nm away quickly. She didn't eat it, but put it down, then called her children there. The four starving little cats began to devour the fish, but their mother just stayed there looking at them tenderly,without eating a little bit. On seeing that, I thought of my mother. She often does everything for me selflessly. This is a mother's love, I think.
