In my opinion you'd better not to go to English corner.Because there are only a few foreigners and many of them relly want to practise Chinese and make some Chinese friends. And also there are so many people who are poor in English that you can't improve your oral English in this way as you expect.
If you meet a foreigner or a friend who speaks English, I 'd like to suggest you doing like this:
You can introce yourself by saying something about your background, your hometown, your family, your interestings and so on.
If you know each other very well, you can invite your friends to your home. And then you will have a lot of chance to practice your oral English. Do you agree with my words?

自我介紹簡潔，聊聊愛好，但不要涉及太多隱私，比如月薪，工作等，要是找不著說的，你就講講天氣也不錯。

『陸』 我想在班上辦一個英語角，因為是第一次，所以為了辦好這個活動，特在此請教各位。我是大一的一個學生。

你可以先跟英語老師溝通下，看她有沒有什麼注意，藉助老師或者輔導員內的影響力，宣傳下這個活動，容另外也可以提高這個活動的重要性，以便同學們積極參加。也可以順便找輔導員他們出錢集資！
還可以與其他班級聯誼，其他院系的班級聯系，例如說，外語系，如果你們班男生多，那邊的女生多的，再好不過了。甚至可以與外校的班級合作。。。。。
還可以找幾個自己關系很好的，班級裡面的活躍分子，或者人緣非常好，英語好的同學，一起策劃這個活動，包括選擇場地，英語角的各個環節，道具裝飾品啊，獎品等等；

還可以邀請校園裡面的校花啊等風雲人物做嘉賓什麼的，吸引同學們參加。。。

反正辦法有很多啦，你如果要辦一個普通的，就不用看我的建議了，如果要辦的有特色，就參考我的。當然我的建議有點復雜，成本也大，得花不少錢，這就要看你的本事了。

雖然不知道英語角是和外國人說還是中國人說，
說的時候放鬆就是了，不要緊張。緊張更會出錯。就當是在網上聊天。

不過錯了也沒事，前期時最好再重復一遍正確的，加深印象。
不要怕尷尬。如果是和外國人交流，他們會理解。和中國人更可以理解。

打招呼復嘛比較簡單的啦 「Hello!制Nice to meet you!"這屬於比較簡單也較為常規的方式。說的時候一定要真誠溫暖，面帶笑容(●'◡'●)
當然跟老外打招呼也不一定要說英語啊，你簡單真誠地揮揮手，發自內心的一個微笑，也是個很好的打招呼方式哦~~
