公交車司機，24歲的王平毫不猶豫地停下車。他下車並詢問婦女發生了什麼。她說這位老人有心臟問題需要立即送往醫院。王先生知道他必須立馬行動。他告訴乘客他必須帶這位老人去醫院，並希望大部分甚至全部乘客可以下車等候下一輛公交車。另他意外的是，所有乘客都願意和他一起一同前往。有些乘客幫助王先生搬運老人送到公交車上。
