The Great Wall, one of the greatest wonders of the world, was enlisted in the World Heritage in 1987.We took the bus to arrive at the foot of the Great Wall. I began to climb the dreamed Great Wall. At first I did not feel tired, but after I stepped a thousands of steps I felt tired and thirsty. At last, we stood on the highest point of the Great Wall. A Chinese saying goes like that, 「you are not a real hero until you have climbed the Great Wall」. The landscape outside and inside the Great Wall was so beautiful in this autumn!

In the holiday I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park togeter with three of my classmates.It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long time，which made me doze off all the time，and at some time，I nearly struck my head on the chair in the front of me.After two hours' journery by bus，we finally got to the park.But to my disappoint，there was nothing intresting here，which were quiet normal things.Compared with the my school I stayed in，here was very noisy and messy.

Though the park is beside the Yellow River，the air is still a little smelly because there are a lot of animals such as horses，cocks and so on here，which make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them.In a word，the park is not so good as I had expected，and I felt unsatisfied about it.

During the National Holiday,I went to climb Mount Tai which is in Shandong Province with my friend parents.It took us about an hour to get there by bus.There were thousands of people that day.We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there.We felt tired but we kept climbing.It took us about two hours to get to the top of the mountain.The wind was so cool and the scenery was very beautiful.We had a picnic on the top and then we walked down from the mountain.We really had a good time.

England is the best place I』ve ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. When I arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, it was evening and the GREat trip was starting. there were many places I v is ited in London, like Big Ben, Westminster, the Tower of London…….those are very famous. Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. Have you seen「 Hill」before? the story in the movie happens in London. the Brit is h museum, Musee de Louver and the Metropolitan Museum of art are the three largest museums in the world. I』ve v is ited two of them. then we left London for Cambridge, Windsor Castle, York and Stonehenge. they were excellent . Every small town has a h is tory of one or two thousand years. there was an art festival called「Tutto」in Edinburgh, and there were many street players who their lives to the shows. then we went to northern Scotland. It was dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese were so cute. That journey was the nicest memory of my life. I won』t forget it.

My Summer Trip
I went to three cities to play ring last summer holidays. They are Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.
I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It』s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It』s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don』t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.
Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.
Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the grass land. I picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.
These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.
