敬愛的老師
您好!
在我剛邁進小學的校門時，就聽說我們的班主任是一位優秀教師。我懷著幾分激動的心情，默默的在心中想像這優秀教師的形象。在我焦急的期盼中，終於等到了上課，徐老師出現在我們的面前，她就不由地向我們做自我介紹了，那時，我才知道這位班主任叫徐慧菁。
但在以後的日子裡我也逐漸的了解了她。徐老師的字也寫的很棒，她是我們的語文老師。她在課堂上非常嚴格，但是下了課她就不嚴了，我曾記得她以前也常常與我們一起聊天、談心，真的她彷彿就像自己的媽媽一樣，如果我們有什麼心事，只要找她，她就會和你聊上一會兒，就不會再緝恭光枷叱磺癸委含蓮有不開心的事了！就好象有的同學喜歡犯錯誤，也只要到徐老師的手裡就什麼都不會有了，也就是她給解決的乾乾脆脆，就如「大事化小，小事化了。「一樣，其實我也是一個有時喜歡犯小毛病的人，有時可以控制，有時我也無法控制，徐老師也批評過我，有時找我聊上一會兒，那一件事就算了！但我也會從中記起這一次的小教訓，下一次希望不要在犯小毛病了，最好是從此不在犯，做一個規矩的我。還有我想對徐老師說：如果說我是展翅飛翔的小鳥，那您就是鼓振我翼翅的風，如果說我是一片剛剛萌發的新葉，那您就是那深埋於大地的根。知心的話兒總是想對您傾訴，滿心的歡喜也想同您一道分享，徐老師我帶著尊敬與愛戴，讓我再用最深情地喚您一聲「徐老師」好嗎？
我們班常常受表揚，衛生方面總是第一，因為我們有一位優秀班主任啊！所以什麼也幹得優秀起來，如果說只有老師優秀而我們不合格，那麼我們又怎麼佩得上這么一位優秀的老師呢？所以我希望全班同學要振作起來，把五（5）班乾的出色起來。讓我們班做一個永久的好班級。

曾喜歡這樣一句口頭禪：「生物多樣性-----不要老讓我和你一樣，我們是不同的。」誠然，將自己同別人比較，心裡總有些不愉快。世界之大，為什麼不能自由馳騁？此地不留人，自有留人處，何必跟人斤斤計較呢？與世無爭，總可以找尋一份生存的空間吧，當時實在為自己的「明智」驕傲，也竭力想營造自己的桃源。
空中樓閣終不長存。初中三年的現實讓我幡然大悟：當你想攀登高峰時，不知多少人要與你競爭，比分數、比名次、比速度、比耐力。當由年級第一的寶座被人擠下去並且越來越靠後時，我才知道，與世無爭的桃花源是不存在的，世界從來都是羅馬競技場，沒有競爭意識的人終將一無所獲。
競爭無所不在，壓力也無處不存。只要你有所作為，只要別人對你有期望，你就會有壓力，就要去競爭。有了壓力，才會有動力。進化論認可為，許多生物不是逐漸進化，而是突變進化的，而突變往往產生於環境的突變，這就是壓力。試想，如果大地上仍處處溫暖濕潤、和風細雨，怎麼有冰清玉潔的雪蓮、傲然挺立的古松、熱情似火的楓葉、威武雄健的仙人柱呢？又怎麼會有銀杏、丁香和掛著「弔死鬼」的國槐呢？有的恐怕只是遍地的蕨類而已。可見，進步需要動力，動力離不開壓力和競爭。
競爭是痛苦的，競爭的恐懼是任何人都無法擺脫的。知難而上，奮發圖強，是競爭的作用；知難而退、消極頹唐，也是競爭的作用。面對競爭，有的人垮掉了，更多的是涌現一批強者。真可謂成也競爭，敗也競爭。有競爭，總有淘汰，痛苦嗎？當然。周瑜當年的那聲仰天長嘆「既生瑜，何生亮」是多麼的撕心裂肺、催人淚下。但時代不需要弱者，對弱者只有同情憐憫，直至遺忘。
淘汰不是錯，每個人都有不如他人的權利。但你想過沒有，在競爭中取勝的人也是在壓力下創造奇跡的人，讓你感到極光般的驚心動魄。這些人，帶給世人的是歡欣，是鼓舞，是信心，還有昂揚鬥志。
競爭，不是狹隘的排擠，而是積極的參與，是認識他人，超越自我，是精益求精，更上一層樓。競爭，使人難以忍受，使人步履維艱，但它能使強者站得更挺，走得更穩，產生更強的鬥志。窮且益堅，不墜青雲之志，這就是競爭的內涵。
敢乾麵對競爭，才能充分展現實力，展示勝利的希望。做競爭的崇拜者，我無怨無悔
(4)信念
春天中總會有鮮花迷人的風采，因為花有璀璨的夢想和不懈的毅力；
藍天中始終有鳥兒綽約的風姿，因為鳥有自由的憧憬和堅強的信念：
清晨中總是有雨露清純的溫潤，因為露有靜謐的嚮往和堅挺的露魂。
正因為美好的追求才誕生了無數斑斕的夢想，正因為堅強的信念才催生了無數堅挺的身影，而追求與信念完美的結合造就了大千世界的紛呈精彩，繽紛五彩。
一代宗師孔夫子畢生都在探討，鑽研，宣傳「仁」的思想，周遊六國，困難重重，障礙層層，他卻一如既往，從未動搖他心中的理論和夢想，終於他永久走入青史，歷史為他塗了最濃的一筆。
詩仙李白追求詩的浪漫飄逸，放盪不羈，可現實殘酷蒼白得一如猙獰恐怖的地獄，漸漸地剝奪世人的夢想直至他精神的近乎蒼白和心靈的完全麻木。然而李白依舊醉酒中去抽刀斷水，擁抱月亮，追逐夢想和詩性的火光。
在那個戰火紛飛，人人膽顫的年代，沈從文先生依舊懷著一顆未泯的童心和滿腔的熱情，情真義切的將那細膩柔情的江南小城寫成人美，山美，水美的世外桃源。「一派清波給予我的影響實在不少」他高雅的追求在如水的靈魂引導下未曾破滅，直至他骨灰觸及鳳凰江水的那一刻起，他才將畢生的夢想與信念拋給一生衷愛的清水。
「凌晨四五點鍾，看海棠花不眠。」只要心中的夢想依舊燦爛，心中的信念依舊堅毅，未來就會光明一片。
所以今天你不必為明天的未知和難料而苦惱，膽怯，彷徨甚至迷茫。年輕的我們有權利也有資本去追尋自己的夢，我們的心田是片肥沃的土地，夢想的種子在那裡會成長出最華美的果。
你是否在懷疑自己資質不如別人而踟躇不前呢？那你該看一看我們可愛的全身癱瘓的霍金和雙眼失明的海倫，一個在物理界獨占熬頭，一個在文學界碩果累累；
你是否在為自己該不該堅持，值不值得堅持而難去難從？那你該瞧一瞧我們堅守信念的海子和不為世俗的淘潛，一個為夢而卧軌，一個為夢而走入田園。
古人已經為我們後人作好了榜樣和模範，或許古人在追逐自己夢想的路上因為這樣或那樣的原因而倒在歷史的半途或門檻，不管怎樣，展望那條足跡滿載，血淚共浸的滄桑路，我們能讀懂他們高尚的精神和不舍的信念，這又何嘗不是一筆寶貴的財富？
所以，不要再在遲疑徘徊中虛擲青春，不要再在碌碌無為中浪費生命。一個「夢」，如流星般滑入你的心中，你整個人都會精神抖擻，因為他會帶給你青春的活力與不絕的激情，對過來這些又會激力你去追逐夢想，由此，一種緣於心中的信念應時誕生，督促你永遠向前。
願所有的人都有自己的夢想，都有自己的信念，揮灑自己青春的風韻在自己金黃的土地，收獲畢生的幸福。
