I am writing this letter to make a complaint of my online shopping from your e-store, the problem of which I hope you can help tackle with as soon as possible.
Actually two weeks ago I browsed the website of your e-store and ordered a new Oxford Advanced Learner』s English-Chinese Dictionary with a 25% discount for my son as his birthday gift with the payment pattern of COD. I am sure that at that moment I fulfilled all the necessary online purchasing proceres in e process, including filling the blanks about my name, my telephone number and my address for delivery. After confirming all the information, I clicked 「yes」 with the mouse at last, and immediately you e-store informed me that a satisfactory transaction had been completed. In the later days I often kept an eye for your notice for my order. Last Friday I was told that my dictionary had been dispatched and would arrive before this Wednesday, with Good Delivery Express Company responsible for the carriage and that the parcel number C400-800-1234567 can be used for a 24-hour tracing of delivery.
Happy and eager for my goods, this week I counted down the date day by day. However, upset and confused, as of now, this Saturday, the time when I am detailing my trouble, I have not received the parcel which is supposed to be in my hand three days before. Yesterday I called the express company only to be replied with a simple explanation that they feel sorry, but cannot locate the delivery fault right now and need about 3 days for an investigation.
Never have I met with such a failure in my past one-year experiences of online shopping. Now I feel so frustrated and unhappy with the service. Legally speaking, since the party with whom I made an online sales contact is your store and the carrier is your agent, I believe that you as principal are liable for the default. Thus my claim is that at most 2 days is given to you as a grace period for the delay in performance and the goods should be 10% off my order price as compensation. If a substantive breach of contract occurs, I am entitled to reserve my right to make further representations.

在四月的田野里,是人們忙碌的身影伴著輕松的話題,笑聲就那麼不經意傳了很遠很遠,傳到了谷堆之上靜靜躺坐看著藍天的我。風那麼柔軟,我都要伸出小手掌想要用力把它握在手心了。遠處的谷地快要收割完畢,旁邊是大片的麥田,泛著陽光賦予的金黃色。我轉身跳下高高的谷堆,去那邊尋找小小的你,去給稻草人唱歌。「啦啦啦……啦啦啦」,是什麼樣的歌詞並不那麼重要,只要曲調歡快就好。

晚山風從我們身旁吹過,有一種暖暖的感覺從心底里流過。
我們就這樣說好吧,一起去大草原的湖邊,看候鳥飛回來。我們就居住在那裡,只有我們倆。

Nowadays with the development of science and technology ,more and more people are crazy about shopping on line.I think there are some advantages and disadvantages .
First ,it is convenient for us to shop at home instead of going out to the shop ,where we may spend too much time .It can save our time especially when some people are too busy to go out.But on the contrary it can bring us some problems .We can't see the quality of the goods we want to buy on the screen.Besides we can't try it on so we can't know if it fits us .
In my opinion, we should think carefully before shopping on the net .If possilbe we had better go shopping in the store.
