提問者採納我抄的孩子們成長的很快。我的女兒16歲了，我的兒子已經上初中了。他們長大了，顯得我們的房子變得更小了。所以我們希望能在賣掉一些我們的東西並將所得的錢捐給一個兒童之家。
我們已經將很多東西從我們的卧室里搬出來了。我們決定每個人賣掉5樣不再使用的舊物。我的兒子一開始挺傷心的。雖然他已經很久沒有玩他的舊玩具了，但是他還是先要留著他們。比如說，他從他四歲生日那天就得到了一個小火車鐵道組，並且他每周都會玩直到他7歲為止。他也不想要失去他的玩具猴子。當他還是小孩子的時候他每晚都睡在玩具猴旁邊。雖然我的女兒也覺得離開一些玩具讓她很傷心，但是她更能理解我們的良苦用心。
至於我，我不想要賣掉我的足球衫，但是，說老實話，我已經好一陣子沒踢過足球了。畢竟我也在變老嘛。
