firstly, good habit is necessary,which means we shall keep concentration when learning. because only when focusing on what you are learning can you gain knowledge. what's more, find a good way to learn is also important, an efficient way of learning can save you much time.
secondly, never forget to study in groups and hlep others, because group members can find you r weakness and help you improve it. so as you to other members. if you help your others in the group, they will also be willing to help you too!
thirdly, keep healthy to ensure you have enough energy to study. so do some sports at spare time! exercising makes you mental clear. when everytime you feel tired of learning to long, do some exercise and you will feel better.

I have worked for Ajax for a couple of years, where I have enjoyed my work and gained plenty of knowledge as well as friends. I prefer working at an atmosphere of less pressure and more consideration and encouragement to the employees.
