The daughter of the sea(海的女兒）Character :小人魚、王子、巫婆、龍王、龍母、公主、牧師、人魚姐姐（5人）旁白、群眾演員（舞） 故事內容：旁白：Deep in the sea （在海底）,there lived the sea king（他們住在海王國） ,who had been a widower for many years（住在那裡已經有許多年的） and his aged mother kept house for him and took care of his six daughters（他的皇後，國王，和6個女兒） ,who were very happy and pretty（他們非常開心和都過得很好） .She always told them something （她總是告訴她們一些東西）:龍母：The flowers of the land are beautiful (鮮花很漂亮),and trees of the forest are green(樹是綠油油的) ,and birds can sing so sweetly(還有小鳥能在天空中歌唱)女兒們：When can we rise up out of sea ?（我們什麼時候才能離開大海到外面去看看）龍母: when you have reached your fifteenth year （等到你們16歲時）!You can see the rocks in the moon light（你可以在月光下看見河） ,while the great slips are sailing by; and then you will see both forests and towns.女兒們：oh how wonderful !旁白：How time flies （時間過得很快）! Five of these daughters had reached out of the sea （五個女兒終於可以離開大海到外面去看看了）, and saw many beautiful things（她們看見許多漂亮的東西）.大女兒：oh , what a beautiful day（噢，多麼漂亮的日子） !I can hear the music(我能聽見音樂) ,I can play with ship（我能旅行） .I see the big animals on the shore（我看見有好大的動物在岸上）. That』s horse（那是一隻馬） !二女兒：wa ho … The sun looks like a flower（那太陽看起來很像花朵） .The color of the sun is red （那太陽的顏色是紅色的）.Who painted the wonderful sun ?三女兒：where is it（那是什麼？）? Oh I rise up .I see the children playing on shore（我看見孩子們在大地上玩耍） .I want to play with them（我想和他們一起玩）.四女兒：oh ,I arrive another world(這是另外的一個世界) .It is different from my home (這和我們家不同).But I』m afraid of whales.五女兒：What a surprise(多麼驚喜)! All the world is white(全部世界都是白色的) .In the deep sea(在海底), there are many kinds of flowers(那裡有許多花) .but why there are many white flowers(但是沒有白色的花). Oh, no(噢,不)! It』s snow(那是雪). 大女兒：Although the scene is wonderful .But our home is the best （不過我們最好該回家了）.女兒們：Yes…We must go home （是的，我們必須回家了）!(五個女兒退場，小人魚上場)旁白：Today（今天） ,the youngest daughter was fifteen, two（小人魚也16歲了）小人魚：Oh, I can rise out of the sea （噢，我終於能離開大海了了）.What』s that （那是什麼）?Maybe it is an interesting thing(或許那是個有趣的東西) ? Oh, on （噢，不）! It』s a man （那是一個男人）.But why he lies on the shore（但是為什麼他躺在海灘上） .Wake up! Wake up…王子：Where am I （我在哪裡）? What』s wrong(有什麼問題) ?小人魚：You met a storm （你遇見了麻煩）.So I brought you here（所以我帶你離開這） !王子：so you have save me ?小人魚：yes（是的） !王子：what』 s your name （你叫什麼名字）?小人魚：my name is summary(我的名字叫"蘇美婭"(大概是吧,我不會翻譯人名啦)).旁白：they have been together for several days and now they fall in love with each other .but they have to part.王子：I must go home（我必須回家了） .the people need me （人民需要我）! I want to take you with me（我想帶你回去和我在一起）!小人魚：(crying)（流著淚）no, I 』 m just a fish（不，我只是一條魚）. If I have a chance .I 『be a human being . Remember me（記得我）!（王子退場，龍王龍母上場）小人魚：dear father and grandmother I have fallen in love with a human being（親愛的父親的奶奶，現在我有了一個深愛的人） .I want to with him （我想的他在一起）!龍王：no way(不可以) ! You are a fish（你是一條魚） .he is a human being（而他是一個人類） !If you go with him （如果你和他在一起）.you will not happy（你不會開心的） .龍母：that』 right （說得對）,my dear（我的寶貝） !It is not possible（這不可能的）!小人魚：（crying）（流著淚）dad （父親）, grandmother I beg you ! I beg you !龍王：(angry)no,no.（不、不）（龍王龍母下場。巫婆上場）小人魚：what should I do（我該怎麼辦）?巫婆：ha …Ha…I can help you（哈…哈…我能幫你） .小人魚：who are you （你是誰）?巫婆：I am a witch(我是巫婆). I change you into a human being .But cut your tongue as a payment .小人魚：(think for a while)(想了一會)ok . I』ll do it(可以,我願意)!（小人魚、巫婆下場，王子和公主、牧師上場）牧師：prince(王子) , are you pleased to marry the princess and love her forever?王子：yes , I will（是的，我將要）.牧師：and princess(公主), are you pleased to marry the prince and share the happiness and sorrow with him ?公主：yes, I am（是的，我可以）(a little shy)（有一點傷心）牧師：change the rings (交換戒指).ok . Now you have got married ,you should take care of each other from now on! Amen(阿門)! 小人魚：(crying)（流著淚）oh（噢） , I am the most unhappy one in the world (我最不快樂的日子是在世界上).but I love him so much （但是我還是非常愛他）. God ,god（上帝，上帝） .give me a chance !Oh, I am so cold(噢,我非常傷心) .I am going to die （我將要死去）.旁白：summary is died(蘇美婭已經死了) .but the prince never care about her(但是那個王子從來不知道她).

The Daughter Of The Sea （此時燈光很暗，背景音樂Caribbean Blue播放20秒左右開始念旁白，旁白結束之前演員就位，旁白念完燈光恢復，背景音樂結束。） 旁白:In the deepest of the ocean stands the castle of the Sea King.His mother is a very wise woman,and he has 6 beautiful daughters,but the youngest was the prettiest of them all,and like all the others, she had no feet,and her body ended in a fish's tail.They often made their old grandmother tell them all she knew of the ships and of the towns,the people and the animals out of the sea. 女兒們：When can we rise up out of sea? 龍祖母: When you have reached your fifteenth year,you will have permission to rise up out of the sea,to sit on the rocks in the moonlight,while the great ships are sailing by and then you will see both forests and towns.（退場時全部從右邊下） （念旁白時播放音樂Ave Maria一直到五女兒說完話） 旁白：How time flies ! Five of these daughters had reached out of the sea , and saw many beautiful things. (上場全部從右上從左下） 大女兒：Oh , what a beautiful day!I can hear the music ,I can play with ship .I see the big animals on the shore. (說完話燈光變暗，人魚向舞台左邊走不用下，祖母從右下。念旁白時播放音樂Tia Dalma 到王子被公主救走時結束。旁白念到合適時候王子上，表演時可以轉一圈倒地，人魚過去攙 扶他到舞台左側） 旁白: But when the little mermaid rose to the surface of the water,the dreadful storm destroied a ship and the handsome prince was dropped in the sea. 小人魚：Oh,my God!Hold on!（去救王子前） 小人魚：（上岸後）I think someone will come and save you.You will be fine.（此時發現公主來了，從右上）Ok,I』ve to go.（人魚在遠處看） 公主：（走到岸邊突然發現王子）It』s a prince .But why he lies on the shore?（走近搖晃他）Wake up! Wake up… 王子：（昏迷後醒來，十分虛弱，說完話後再次昏迷）I met a storm.My people... 公主：Please calm down,you will be okey. 小人魚：祝你好運，我會再見到你的。（人魚從左下） （龍母從右上，人魚從左上跑到龍母跟前） 小人魚：Dear grandmother,I have fallen in love with a human being.I must find him! 龍母:Oh my dear!It's impossible!You are a fish and he is a human being!If you go with him you won't be happy. 小人魚：(crying) Oh grandmother, I beg you ! I beg you ! 龍母：好了我的孩子，別難過了。今晚我們要開一個宴會，要開心的玩兒啊。（龍母轉身向左離開去宴會，走三到五步時播放音樂Tow Hornpipes Tortuga，姐姐們喝酒、游戲、跳舞，人魚原地傷心，幾秒鍾後人魚憂傷的從左退場，再過幾秒姐姐們從右退場，音樂結束） （燈光暗，巫婆從右上來後（就站在舞台偏右的位置），人魚從左上） 小人魚：（自言自語）I have no choice. 小人魚：（膽怯）I know you can help me! 巫婆：Yeah,I know what you want,it is very stupid of you, but you shall have your way,and it will bring you to sorrow, my pretty princess. 小人魚：I must get rid of my fish's tail, and to have two legs instead of it,like human beings on earth.Only in this way I can live with my prince. 巫婆：But you must use your most precious thing as the payment.You have the sweetest voice of any who dwell here in the depths of the sea,so I will cut your tongue! 小人魚：(考慮一下) Ok,e! （人魚割完舌頭後心裡話由旁白來完成，人魚負責表演）（這一幕結束，燈光暗，巫婆從右下，人魚拿著葯瓶慢慢從左下。下一幕，人魚從左上） 小人魚：王子，我終於可以來找你了。（喝, 忍受不了劇痛倒下） （王子帶衛兵上，左右方向隨便） 王子：Here is a girl.What』s wrong with you?Take her to the palace. （衛兵把人魚抬到舞台中央的後部或舞台的一側，然後退場。王子看著人魚躺了一會醒來，開始念旁白，兩人相愛） （燈光暗，念旁白時播放音樂Swanheart 23秒或者到旁白結束） 旁白：The prince fell in love with her at first glance,and few days later they fell in love. One day,the little mermaid looked at the prince with her beautiful eyes,as to say... 小人魚：（旁白）I have been here for a long time.Do you love me the best of them all? 王子:（微笑，無奈）You have the best heart, and you are the most devoted to me. You are like a young maiden whom I once saw, but whom I shall never meet again. My ship met a storm and the waves took me ashore.A maidens found me on the shore and saved my life. I saw her but twice, and she is the only one in the world whom I could love.But you are like her, and you have almost driven her image out of my mind. 小人魚：（自言自語）He didn』t know that it was I who saved his life. He loves her better than he loves me.（此時靜靜地低頭，轉身，走兩步後緊跟著念旁白。公主從左上） 旁白：It』s unfortune to the little mermaid,the princess also found the prince,and she also loved him very much. 王子：（對公主）It was you who saved my life when I lay dead on the beach.（人魚很吃驚，猛然轉身）You will be my bride,and we will be together forever. 王子：（對人魚）Oh, I am too happy,my fondest hopes are all fulfilled. You will rejoice at my happiness for your devotion to me is great and sincere. 公主：When will we get married? 王子：（興奮）Soon! 旁白：The little mermaid felt her heart were already broken. His wedding morning would bring death to her, and she would change into the foam of the sea. （一幕結束，燈光暗，王子公主從左下，人魚從右下） （音樂Tennessee播放6秒鍾後開始旁白。此時燈光整體偏暗，或者人魚的位置燈光稍強，但不能用特寫燈光。王子等人站在舞台中間偏左黃金分割點處，人魚從右上就站在觀眾能看見的右側角落。婚禮過程中人魚做著各種絕望的表情動作，慢慢走來走去） 旁白：All the church bells rung,the wadding was begun. 牧師：Prince,are you pleased to marry the princess and love her forever? 王子：Yes,I will. 牧師：And princess, are you pleased to marry the prince and share the happiness and sorrow with him? 公主：Yes, I am. 牧師：Change the rings.Ok.Now you have got married ,you should take care of each other from now on! Amen! 王子：（微笑，輕聲）Let』s go,my bride. （走到舞台中央坐下）（燈光偏暗，播放音樂Theme from Armageddon，念旁白。要注意音樂到該念下一個旁白時停，如果播放到2分23秒時也停） 旁白：The little mermaid sitted at the seashore and waited her death.Suddenly she saw her sisters rising out of the flood.（姐姐們從右上） 小人魚：（吃驚地看著姐姐們，旁白）Why you come here?Where is your beautiful hair? 姐姐們：（一人一句）We have given our hair to the witch to obtain help for you,that you may not die tonight.She has given us a knife.Before the sun rises you must plunge it into the heart of the prince.When the warm blood falls upon your feet they will grow together again, and form into a fish's tail, and you will be once more a mermaid,you won』t change into the foam! 小人魚：en...（姐姐們從右下，對人魚圓圈燈光特寫，在變成泡沫時停用） （王子與公主從左上，散步到樹下，然後睡著了。人魚拿刀過來） 小人魚：(cry)I can』t,I can』t do it.I love you,you will be happy forever.（刀在手中顫抖，低頭吻額頭,無奈而痛苦的扔刀子，然後坐在一邊坦然的向天空凝視，眼神平靜而充滿希望，念下句旁白時變泡沫） （念旁白，播放音樂Somersault直到整個話劇結束。變泡沫時躺下，最好王子和公主能遮住） 旁白：The sun rose above the waves,and its warm rays fell on the cold sea,on the little mermaid,on this brand new day! 王子：（醒來）（朦朧 微笑 好奇）Oh look,so much foam in the air. 公主：(醒來) （朦朧 微笑）Yeah,it』s beautiful.
