我的推薦一來如新東源方一樣還是首先背足夠量的單詞。如果背完GRE（包括四六級，TOEFL詞彙），隨機抽取文章單詞理解率將高於97.5%，這時再讀小說就可以進一步提高英語理解水平了。因為小說往往融合文化因素，即使單詞個個認識合在一起也要仔細推理才能了解含義，如果詞彙量不夠，單詞意思尚不能理解，引申義就更加難以把握。如果下定決心從讀小說學英語，那也首先推薦簡單易懂面向於青少年的小說起，如哈利波特之類。閱讀量上去後可以逐漸增加難度比如選一些世界名著原版書。

您好，先要取抄得著作權人的許可襲。
翻譯權是著作財產權的一項重要權能，翻譯權包括各種文字的翻譯權。作者授權他人翻譯其作品，一般會限定翻譯的語言種類。未經作者授權，他人不得隨意將作品翻譯成其他語種。即著作權人轉移一種文字的翻譯權，不等於也轉移了其他文字的翻譯權。如轉讓了俄文的翻譯權，並不意味著英文的翻譯權也轉讓了他人。翻譯者對其翻譯的作品享有著作權，但其行使著作權時不得損害原作品作者的著作權。
翻譯原作即產生譯本，譯本是原作的派生作品。譯本的著作權與原作的翻譯權全然不同，譯本的著作權是譯本翻譯人的權利，原作的翻譯權是原作著作權人的一項財產權利。在原作著作權人自行翻譯的情況下，原作著作權人與譯本著作權人則為同一人。
我國《著作權法》規定，將中國公民、法人或其他組織已經發表的以漢語言文字創作的作品翻譯成少數民族語言文字作品在國內出版發行，不侵犯著作權人的著作權，主要是指不侵犯著作權人的翻譯權。

According to legend, a young man while roaming the desert came across a spring of delicious crystal-clear water. The water was so sweet, he filled his leather canteen so he could bring some back to a tribal elder who had been his teacher.

隨便找個翻譯軟體翻譯翻譯，因為翻譯出的東西，沒有完整性
當作掃清單詞障礙的一個方式，了解個大概就可以了。
專業性的原文文章，除了意思之外，最重要的是熟悉英語邏輯方式
和因為大量閱讀，而形成的強大原文閱讀能力。
