一、根據九年義務教育漢語和英語課程標準的教學目標和教材的要求，自治區、兵團2012年初中學業水平考試漢語和英語考試加試聽力，具體要求詳見《2012年自治區、兵團初中學業水平考試說明》。

二、根據形勢發展的需要，結合各地實際和自治區教科所赴基層調研結果，2012年初中學考英語和漢語考試聽力全部採用光碟播放。光碟的格式為所有能在CD機上播放的CD音頻格式。自治區教科所將在考試前赴部分地州實地檢驗光碟播放效果，以保證正式考試時萬無一失。

三、各地負責初中學考的部門在訂購初中學考試卷的同時，必須給每個漢語和英語考場訂購一個聽力考試光碟。為保證考試順利進行，每個考點還需有2-3個備用光碟。

四、聽力考試一律在考試開始後的20分鍾內進行完畢。聽力光碟只能播放一遍，不允許重復播放，也不允許在部分考場播放完畢後，再到另外的考場播放。

五、聽力考試光碟密封包裝，與試卷一起發放，聽力錄音光碟與試卷同時啟封，聽力考試結束後收回錄音光碟。

六、在保證效果的前提下，初中學考聽力考試也可以校為單位，統一播放。使用電腦或CD機播放應該由監考教師在考前做好調試，並備有備用電源，以便停電時使用。

七、請注意，在聽力考試開始前有30秒的導入音樂。
