Time runs fast, taking me to a new high school. A week has passed, I would like to express the feelings and expectations of the new term.

After entering high school, I found that learning to be more independent of. To learn the contents of the broader and deeper. Such an atmosphere makes me be full of expectations for the future. I will work harder to learn, and lead a better life.

My Happiest Day
Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before. I invited many of my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.
Evening came at last. Many of my classmate came to my home. they bought me lots of beautiful presents. they all said,"Happy birthday to you!" We sang birthday songs happily.then my parents brought out a big birthday cake, saying, "We love you for ever. Happy birthday!"
At the end of the party, we ate the birthday cake and some other delicious food. How happy I was!

(2)Let』 Repair It Together!
It was Monday. I got up very early and was the first to come to the classroom. When I came to my desk and was going to sit down, I found my chair was broken. What could I do? At that
time no one was around. I quickly changed my chair with Li Ming』s and sat down to read the book as if nothing had happened.
My classmates came in one after another. After a while, Li Ming came. When he found his chair was broken, he tried to repair it. I didn』t say a word but my face turned red. Soon I ran to the teacher』s office and brought back a hammer. I said to I.i Ming, "Let』s repair it together."
(3) An Unforgettable Holiday
I am 』always busy with my lessons. What I have to do everyday is nothing but study.
Luckily, last summer my family went to my uncle』s farm.We enjoyed a really interesting holiday. During the holiday, I didn』t have to get up early, nor did I need to finish many exercises. I rode the horse in the fields. I milked the cows on the farm. To my GREat joy, my uncle invited me to go fishing. Life on the farm is quite different from that at school. I want to go back to spend my summer holiday again.

(4) A Day to Remember
It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour.
We got there at nine o』clock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then we began working.
the students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. the studentsin Group Two were busy collecting litter left by the tourist. they also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. We went to the children』s playground and cleaned all the equipment there. We worked very hard.
At about eleven we finished working. We met at the gate of the park. We all felt tired but very happy.

(5) A Sunset
the sunset is very beautiful and lovely. Its scene is as wonderful as a sunrise but it is even more beautiful to watch it in the country than in the city.
When the sun begins to set behind the mountains, its long rays light up the GREen fields. the clouds in the sky also begin to glow with a golden light, and the mountains are really colourful.
When the sun begins to set behind the mountain, it looks like a red ball. Its light fills the sky and changes the colour of the clouds from gold to red. When the sun is gone altogether behind the mountain, the clouds turn GREy and the mountains become black.
then you cannot help admiring the wonder of nature.

(6) the Sun and the Earth
the sun shines on us. It gives us light and heat. It makes everything grow. It gives the earth life.
the earth turns round itself. As it turns, we have day and night. It』s bright by day and dark by night.
the earth also travels round the sun in an orbit. As it travels, we have four seasons. It is hot in summer and cold in winter. the days are long in summer and short in winter. In spring it is warm and the days are getting longer. In autumn it is cool and the days are getting shorter.

(7) A Friend of Mine
I have several friends. Wang Lin is my best friend. He is eleven years old. He comes from Beijing.
Wang Lin came here three years ago. He came with his parents. His father is an engineer and his mother is a middle school teacher. He has no brothers or sisters. He is the only child of his parents.
We are classmates at school, so we see much of each other.He is fond of English and I am good at maths. We always help each other. Both of us have made GREat proGREss in our studies.

He loves children very much. Every Monday afternoon he is invited to a nearby school to tell stories to the children about the life and work of the policemen. All the young pupils love him very much

Going on a Picnic

Today was Sunday. The weather was fine and warm. The sky was very clear and blue. My classmates and I were very happy， because we went out for a picnic at Nanshan Hill. We went to Nanshan Hill by bike with fruits， eggs， meat， vegetables， knives and some other things.

About one and a half hours later， we came to a nice place at the foot of the hill. There were many beautiful flowers and green trees. Birds sang their sweet songs. How pleased we were！ Then we were busy with the picnic. Some of us were getting water， some were cutting the meat and vegetables and cook， others were sitting on the grass and waiting for nice lunch. At about 13 o'clock， our lunch was ready. We all sat around on the green grass， singing， talking， eating and drinking. At about 16：00 we began packing for our return.

What a nice time we were having！

第三篇：Today is Sunday.It's also a good day. I got up at 7'oclock ,because my family will go to the zoo. After the breakfast ,I took a camara and went to the station waited for the bus together with my family.
It's already 9'oclock when we arrived at the zoo. my father bought three ticket and we entered the gate.
There are so many monkeys,tighers,lions,wolves and other animials in the zoo. there are also many birds ,but I can't call theirs names in English.
we took some photoes in the zoo with the animials,when the photoes will be printed, I will show them in my class.
The time passed so fast, we left the zoo at 1'oclock PM.
I am so glad today,I will go to bed early tonight .

1. It was the first day of our holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.
2.It was the second day of our holiday. I felt good. I felt I』m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don』t feel lonely. But I didn』t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.
3.It was the third day of our holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother』s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother』s company. I sat in my mother』s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother』s office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can』t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.
4. It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother』s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown』s special proct. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.
5.Today, I still went to my mother』s office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I can』t do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It』 time for me to begin to learn how to work.

6. I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn』t go to someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new life. We haven』t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years. Two years to go, we will get the real life which belongs to us
