一、樹立信心，明確目標新課結束後，部分基礎差的學生可能會對自己失去信心，進而放棄英語科的復習；也有部分學生可能因為眾多紛繁復雜的復習任務而變得茫然失措。這時，教師就得從英語對他們未來的學習、生活的重要性等方面加以引導，並把眾多的復習任務分成在某一特定階段完成的一個個小塊。這樣，既能幫助學生樹立完成任務的信心，又讓學生明確了每一階段的任務、目標。有了足夠的信心和明確的目標，相信每個學生通過系統的復習，都能取得較大的進步。
