The tree was glad to see him happy but the boy didn』t appear since then. The tree was again lonely and sad. One hot summer day, the boy returned and the tree was delighted. 「Come and play with me!」 the tree said.
「I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?」 「Use my trunk to build the boat. You can sail and be happy.」 So the boy cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and did not show up for a long time.
Finally, the boy returned after he left for so many years. 「Sorry, my boy. But I don』t have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you.」 the tree said. 「 I don』t have teeth to bite.」 The boy replied. 「 No more trunk for you to climb on.」 「I am too old for that now.」 the boy said. 「I really want to give you something…the only thing left is my dying roots.」 The tree said with tears. 「I don』t need much now, just a place to rest. This is a story of everyone. The tree is our parent. (一)、教給學生朗讀技巧和方法,培養良好的朗讀習慣。
(二)、抓好課內課外的朗讀
1、加強課內朗讀
(1)、課堂上重視模仿和大聲的跟讀,
小學生對語音比較敏感,因此,在課堂教學中教師應多讓學生聽標準的英語,並要求他們模仿並大聲的朗讀,以學會標准、地道的英語語音、語調。例如,《新標准 小學英語》教材配套的錄音磁帶就是教師和學生最實用的標准讀音示範磁帶,教師在教學中可以指導學生反復跟讀並模仿。
(2)、課堂活動中採用多種朗讀方式組織教學小學生好動,爭強好勝,而且樂於表現自我,如果訓練方法單一,學生就會喪失興趣,因此在課堂活動中,教師要根據朗讀材料的類型,積極採用多種手段組織學生朗讀。在教學單詞時,為了調節課堂氣氛,提高學生學習的熱情,促進其積極思維,主動學習,教師可以採用男女生、各組之間的「競賽讀」、「接龍讀」,利用單詞卡片的「猜讀」,可以將單詞編成歌謠進行「兒歌讀」,還可以藉助於身體部位開展「肢體語言助讀」等以鞏固新授單詞。在教學對話時,可以採用以小組為單位的分角色朗讀、然後要求學生表演讀,教師在指導學生分角色朗讀時可以告訴他們:爺爺奶奶的聲音可以沙啞一點,爸爸媽媽 的聲音可以有力一點,小孩的聲音可以稚嫩一點;愉悅時的聲音可以歡快一點,憤怒時的聲音可以嚴厲一點,煩惱時和悲傷時的聲音可以低沉一點,生病的聲音可以 虛弱一點,感到意外的聲音可以誇張一點。這樣的朗讀可以激發學生讀英語的興趣,培養學生良好的朗讀習慣。
在教學短文時,教師可以組織學生聽錄音讀、個別朗讀、個人或小組輪流讀、齊聲朗讀、讓語音語調好的學生領讀,也可以開展「最佳模仿秀」挑戰讀等活動,使學生在豐富多彩的活動中增強對英語朗讀的興趣和信心。
(3)、開課必讀。
當上課的鈴聲一響,學生不是靜悄悄的等待老師來上課,而是要在朗朗的讀書聲中開始新課,所以當教師走進教室時,不是急忙開始新課教學,而是先檢查學生讀英 語的情況,如書是否打開在正在讀的那一夜,是否在用「心」讀英語等等,並及時的對朗讀中存在的不良習慣予以指正。
(4)、組織好早讀
在我市,小學英語課時安排少,訓練的項目又較多,所以對於每周僅有的一個30分鍾的早讀必須格外珍惜。在早讀課上,教師要組織學生大聲的朗讀英語,進一步鞏固課堂的朗讀成果。
