心如止水。我摘下眼鏡，看向四周，很模糊，一切都變得虛幻了。再次仰望天空，它已經變成了深灰色，像木板一樣，死死的，沒有反應，好虛假。

寂靜，也是美好的。即使很寂寞，很孤獨，我也願意去接受它。不僅是人類，還有世間萬物，他們的心最安靜的時候，就是獨自一人，漫步在無聲無息的空間里，那是屬於自己的世界。自己是主角，自己是導演，讓煩惱通通跑掉，安撫一下自己狂躁的心靈。
心如止水，去感受寂靜。有時，它也是美好的。
