首先在班內建立一個編輯部,形成手抄報的領導核心,這就需要老師慧眼識英才,主編、副主編、版面設計、美術編輯,都需要量體裁衣,讓學生充分發揮特長。通過同學們的民主協商,大家一致同意把手抄報分為四大版塊:校園新聞(或國內新聞)、少年博覽、學習園地、尖尖角擂台。「校園新聞」可以由學生撰寫校內有價值的新人新事,也可以摘抄小學生應該了解的國內新聞;「少年博覽」主要是小學生可以接受的科技知識或世界各地的風土人情;「學習園地」是學生課內知識的延伸,任何與目前所學知識有關的內容均可納入;「尖尖角擂台」是大家習作比武的空間,學生寫出自己最滿意的作文投稿,編輯部選出最好的一篇登出,該作者就會榮登本期「擂主」寶座,其他同學也可就「擂主」的作品發表自己的見解,有價值的也會登上「擂台」的評論區。除此之外,還設有「幽默樂園」,登載一些雅俗共賞的漫畫,讓精於「丹青之道」的同學一展身手,還有報縫、「上周評論」等機動性欄目,使內容更趨於豐富。
二、大家都是小記者
班內手抄報一定要面向全體,力爭提高全體學生的讀寫能力。所以,在組建好編輯部的同時,我努力做好全班學生的組織發動工作,協助編輯部向全班徵稿,使全班同學都成為小記者,積極進行課外閱讀。
各個版面的「編輯」都認真建好自己的「信箱」,並在「信箱」上寫了新穎的廣告詞。同學們的讀寫興趣被調動起來了,小記者們踴躍投稿,小編輯們有條不紊地編寫,作品被印出好幾份,班內傳閱。同學們讀著自己的勞動成果,既增長了知識,又鍛煉了各方面能力。
一位同學在一篇作文中寫道:「我是班裡的一名小記者了,你羨慕我嗎?可是我還有一個小小的夢想,那就是也想成為一名編輯,做一個更成功的人。」沒想到當編輯的慾望在這個小同學的心中竟是這么強烈。從這篇作文中,我看到了學生的自主、自強,我為他們有這樣的想法而高興。為滿足所有同學的願望,我採取了進一步的改革。
三、重組編委,小鬼當家
在學生的讀寫能力有了很大提高的基礎上,我採取了第三步措施,那就是重組編委。原來編輯部的小編輯部有了很強的編寫能力,對各方面的工作也都很熟悉。於是,我把重組編委的權力給了他們,讓他們每個人都作為主編組織自己的編輯小組。這樣班內就形成了六個編輯小組,全班40多名同學各司其職,不是編輯,就是特邀記者,每個人都有了成功感、自豪感,各小組內的體制由學生自己設定,有的小組還制定了規則,組內每人每天練寫一篇,根據作品選拔編輯,其餘的人組稿。各個編輯小組都有了自己的名字:海燕、美人魚、超人等等,小組之間還展開了競爭,優勝組的大名醒目地寫在報上。學生的潛能被充分地挖掘出來了,不僅有了預定的收獲,而旦有了學生自己的創新,不僅提高了學生讀寫能力,而且增強了學生的合作意識,班內形成了團結、協作、創新的良好氛圍。

Each of Fuwa has a rhyming two-syllable name -- a traditional way of expressing affection for children in China. Beibei is the Fish, Jingjing is the Panda, Huanhuan is the Olympic Flame, Yingying is the Tibetan Antelope and Nini is the Swallow.
When you put their names together -- Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni -- they say "Welcome to Beijing," offering a warm invitation that reflects the mission of Fuwa as young ambassadors for the Olympic Games.
Fuwa also embody both the landscape and the dreams and aspirations of people from every part of the vast country of China. In their origins and their headpieces, you can see the five elements of nature -- the sea, forest, fire, earth and sky -- all stylistically rendered in ways that represent the deep traditional influences of Chinese folk art and ornamentation.

Jingjing was chosen to represent our desire to protect nature's gifts -- and to preserve the beauty of nature for all generations. Jingjing is charmingly naïve and optimistic. He is an athlete noted for strength who represents the black Olympic ring.

Yingying's flying pose captures the essence of a species unique to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, one of the first animals put under protection in China. The selection of the Tibetan Antelope reflects Beijing commitment to a Green Olympics. His head ornament incorporates several decorative styles from the Qinghai-Tibet and Sinkiang cultures and the ethnic design traditions of Western China. Strong in track and field events, Yingying is a quick-witted and agile boy who represents the yellow Olympic ring.

"I have given a judgment for the resiary legatee under the will,"
said the Court, "put the costs upon the contestants, decided all
questions relating to fees and other charges; and, in short, the
estate in litigation has been settled, with all controversies,
disputes, misunderstandings, and differences of opinion thereunto
appertaining."
"Ah, yes, I see," said the Attorney, thoughtfully, "we are making
progress - we are getting on famously."
"Progress?" echoed the Judge - "progress? Why, sir, the matter is
concluded!"
"Exactly, exactly; it had to be concluded in order to give
relevancy to the motion that I am about to make. Your Honour, I
move that the judgment of the Court be set aside and the case
reopened."
"Upon what ground, sir?" the Judge asked in surprise.
"Upon the ground," said the Attorney, "that after paying all fees
