Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self – bows the heart and turns the spirit back to st .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being 『s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what』s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there』s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

Globalization is a historical process, referring to the increasing integration of economies around the world, particularly through trade and financial flows and the movement of people and knowledge across international borders. But the actual experience of globalization has not fulfilled such promise as above. Instead, it has given us more poor people than the world has ever know and increased threats to the environmental conditions on which humans life itself depends. It has led many to fear the loss of hard-won social and environmental protections and even of meaningful self-government. And the markets do not necessarily ensure that the benefits of increased efficiency are shared by all. Also the strongest gains have been made by the advanced countries and only some of the developing countries.
Globalization is both irreversible and, in its present form, unsustainable. What will come after it is far from determined. Countries must be prepared to embrace the policies needed, and in the case of the poorest counties may need the support of the international community as the do so.

平平淡淡是最真，說到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘無為嗎？曾幾何時，我們這些帶著中學彩色夢走進大學校門的莘莘學子們也在高喊著：平平淡淡是最真。且有人認為只要「與世無爭，恬淡一生」便可無憂無慮地生存，頗有要把老莊的「無為」思想發揚廣大之勢。是什麼使我們豐富的校園生活漸退了繽紛的色彩呢？又是什麼使我們真實的熔漿凝固，不在有來自內心深處的熱血沸騰？是因為我們沒有走進夢想中的象牙塔？是因為我們未走出自我困惑的地帶？還是因為我們的心真的不在年輕，確實把一切都看得平淡了呢？不！都不是！主宰世界的是你，放棄世界的仍然是你。

Not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
Frankly speaking, i don't quite agree with them.Indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. (examples).But why can't we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
There are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. On the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don't have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father's day and april fool's day etc. On the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. Overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
With the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. We are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.The only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? The answer is definitely no. What we ought to do is to spare no effort to ecate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. Only by ecating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. Only by ecating can we play a really important role in the world.
