1、調查對象: xx學院設計學院（由於調查的困難性，選取了本學院進行調查）
2、資料收集方法: 採用問卷調查方法調查。向同學發放《關於xx學院大學生網購調查問卷》了解學生關於上網購物基本情形和情況。
3、調查方法：對xx學院的全部學生（限於三年級以下）進行問卷調查。
三、調查結果
（一）大學生網上購物總體情況分析
1、性別年齡特徵。調查結果顯示，72%的被調查學生有過網上購物經歷，而男生網路購物群略高於女生。互聯網在男性中的普及程度要高於女性，男生比女生更敢於冒險和追求新的事物，而且男生的網路基礎知識比女生普遍，這可能是造成大學男生網路購物比率要高於女生的原因。
2、年級特徵。調查發現，大三的學生網上購物的比例明顯高於大一的學生，由此可見，排除學校開網政策的影響，網齡對網路購買影響較大，網齡越高，越容易進行網上購物。
3、根據調查發現，有購物的人中購物需求以滿足精神需要的產品為主。大學生網上購買的前四種商品依次為圖書（31.2％）、飾品（24％）、電腦及相關產品（23.5％）、音像製品（17.6％）。這些商品和服務更體現了大學生在生活、學習和文化娛樂等各個方面的消費。相比之下，由於食品的特殊性（保鮮等問題），卻幾乎無人在網上購買食品。

1.沒有網上購物經歷的大學生對網路購物的感知風險較高。全部被調查者中，對網路安全（信用卡信息、個人信息等）的擔心有62 %，而對售後服務保證，貨物質量，配送速度的擔心分別佔了56 %， 49 %， 38 %，其他還有對登記手續繁瑣，配送費用等。
2.擁有網路購物經歷的大學生對網上購物遇到的困難中。商品種類和網站數目太多佔了26 %，商品描述不清楚也有24%，而結算方式在所有人當中也佔22 %，其他問題中存貨不足，界面復雜,不易操作及網站速度太慢等有28%。
3.對網上購物的發展前景，有62%被調查者認同越來越被人們接受,發展空間很大這個觀點，可以看出網上購物會越來越發展及形成人們購物的主要形式。也有20%的人還是認為短期內不會有太大的發展，這其中有很多是沒有網上購物經歷的。
四、網路購物前景
大學生網上購物潛力巨大。通過本次調查顯示，有網上購物經歷的大學生佔五成。而沒有網上購物經歷的大學生，其中只有11%的人沒有瀏覽過購物網站。不難看出大學生在網上購物的市場潛力是巨大的！
