敬愛的老師
您好!
在我剛邁進小學的校門時，就聽說我們的班主任是一位優秀教師。我懷著幾分激動的心情，默默的在心中想像這優秀教師的形象。在我焦急的期盼中，終於等到了上課，徐老師出現在我們的面前，她就不由地向我們做自我介紹了，那時，我才知道這位班主任叫徐慧菁。
但在以後的日子裡我也逐漸的了解了她。徐老師的字也寫的很棒，她是我們的語文老師。她在課堂上非常嚴格，但是下了課她就不嚴了，我曾記得她以前也常常與我們一起聊天、談心，真的她彷彿就像自己的媽媽一樣，如果我們有什麼心事，只要找她，她就會和你聊上一會兒，就不會再有不開心的事了！就好象有的同學喜歡犯錯誤，也只要到徐老師的手裡就什麼都不會有了，也就是她給解決的乾乾脆脆，就如「大事化小，小事化了。「一樣，其實我也是一個有時喜歡犯小毛病的人，有時可以控制，有時我也無法控制，徐老師也批評過我，有時找我聊上一會兒，那一件事就算了！但我也會從中記起這一次的小教訓，下一次希望不要在犯小毛病了，最好是從此不在犯，做一個規矩的我。還有我想對徐老師說：如果說我是展翅飛翔的小鳥，那您就是鼓振我翼翅的風，如果說我是一片剛剛萌發的新葉，那您就是那深埋於大地的根。知心的話兒總是想對您傾訴，滿心的歡喜也想同您一道分享，徐老師我帶著尊敬與愛戴，讓我再用最深情地喚您一聲「徐老師」好嗎？
我們班常常受表揚，衛生方面總是第一，因為我們有一位優秀班主任啊！所以什麼也幹得優秀起來，如果說只有老師優秀而我們不合格，那麼我們又怎麼佩得上這么一位優秀的老師呢？所以我希望全班同學要振作起來，把五（5）班乾的出色起來。讓我們班做一個永久的好班級。

You know 「interest」 is the key to study lessons well, so I』m sure you should be interested in English at the beginning. In the end, I believe everybody who is good at English has a basic method, that is to learn more, to listen to more, to read more, to think more and to write more and so on. A good English teacher should be patient in English lesson that she/he can enre all the mistakes the students would make.
The teacher who loves his students and respect them can be loved by his students and communicate with them successfully.
The teacher need to attract the students attention by her/her voice ,gesture, emotion, and some humor component.
Teacher need to have quick response to some emergent situation unexpected in the lesson.

第一種：老師上課肯定會有拓展的知識點， 同學們在適當的時候做些必要的筆記肯定對聽課效果的提高有很大的幫助的，如果老師把上課講的每一句話都寫在講義或ppt上，那老師就成了照本宣科的傳遞者了，這樣對於同學們的學習甚至是老師講課都是不利的，所以我們還是建議同學們能發揮主觀能動性去學習。 願同學們學習進步！
第二種：一、在鈴聲未落前，就提前進教室，微笑面對學生，簡單大方地把自己介紹給學生，最好能使學生眼前一亮，留下深刻印象。
二、課前要把課准備得非常充分，准備好教具等。把教材裝在心裡，課堂上，要把90%注意力放在學生身上，10%的注意力用在教學方案的實施上。
三、眼睛柔和，對那些神不守舍、好動、好說的學生目光要犀利，可以「以動制動」，請他們做點事——比如回答問題、讀單詞、表演、等。
四、及時鼓勵、表揚、提醒學生，但話要簡潔明了。
五、要盡快地記住每個學生的名字——首先記住表現好的和表現差的學生的名字。
六、要注意教學形式，方法多變。
七、恰當地使用手勢、動作等肢體語言。
八、幽默風趣，靈活應對課堂突發事件。
九、吸引學生對英語產生興趣，引導學生積極互動，但不要過於追求課堂教學的熱鬧，要讓學生學會思考。
十、如教低年級，可以小組合作等形式凝聚學生的注意力。
十一、一定要控制好課堂秩序，組織好課堂教學。
十二、「一碗水端平」，要給大部分學生鍛煉的機會。
十三、對學生要求要嚴格，但不要太厲害。
