在學院的支持下,我室把數字化語言實驗室和與之相配套的網路軟體等開放給學生開展自主學習。學生通過這一學習平台所提供的課文跟讀、聽力練習,人機對話訓練、在線閱讀、寫作和測試等功能和資源來提高他們在聽、說、讀、寫、譯等語言基本技能中所欠缺的方面。

4 影視欣賞型活動

我們通過定期舉辦外語影視欣賞活動,讓學生接觸真實地道的語言和感受影視片所反映的特定文化。另外, 我們還就所播放的影視片開展觀感交流、話題討論,影視配音,角色扮演等系列活動,以增加學生語言輸入和輸出的機會,提高其語言的表達技能。

5 聽說與交際能力培養型活動

英語角是廣受學生歡迎又愈久禰新的英語第二課堂活動。英語角由有關社團負責管理,由中外籍教師和聽說能力強的學生提供協助並發揮他們的示範作用。除了自主組合、自由交談方式外,英語角經常採取話題討論法,如預設一些學生感興趣的話題或選擇國內外近期發生的熱點事件以供討論,來激發學生交流的慾望。此外,我們還在活動進行中穿插猜謎、笑話連篇、連句成故事等游戲活躍氣氛,以降低學生在用英語交際過程中易產生的焦慮緊張等消極情感。

6 語言能力展示型活動

教師定期組織學生就某些思辨性強的話題進行辯論或演講,又或者組織學生自編、自導、自演英文短劇。這些活動不僅需要參賽者或演出人員具備較強的語言綜合運用能力,而且鍛煉他們的邏輯思維、應變能力和包含表情、手勢在內的非言語交際能力等。這一類型的活動還包括英文歌曲、英語寫作、翻譯等比賽。

7 網路輔助型活動

學生通過論壇、電子郵件、視頻聊天等網路所構建的互動式虛擬環境與具有不同文化背景的人士就共同關注的問題進行交流,這不僅能獲得真實的語言交流機會,而且可以學習如何處理好學習過程中與同伴的關系,如何獲得或給予他人幫助等,這對學生認知能力的發展和合作探索精神的培養有著明顯的促進作用。

第二種:一、在鈴聲未落前,就提前進教室,微笑面對學生,簡單大方地把自己介紹給學生,最好能使學生眼前一亮,留下深刻印象。
二、課前要把課准備得非常充分,准備好教具等。把教材裝在心裡,課堂上,要把90%注意力放在學生身上,10%的注意力用在教學方案的實施上。
三、眼睛柔和,對那些神不守舍、好動、好說的學生目光要犀利,可以「以動制動」,請他們做點事——比如回答問題、讀單詞、表演、等。
四、及時鼓勵、表揚、提醒學生,但話要簡潔明了。
五、要盡快地記住每個學生的名字——首先記住表現好的和表現差的學生的名字。
六、要注意教學形式,方法多變。
七、恰當地使用手勢、動作等肢體語言。
八、幽默風趣,靈活應對課堂突發事件。
九、吸引學生對英語產生興趣,引導學生積極互動,但不要過於追求課堂教學的熱鬧,要讓學生學會思考。
十、如教低年級,可以小組合作等形式凝聚學生的注意力。
十一、一定要控制好課堂秩序,組織好課堂教學。
十二、「一碗水端平」,要給大部分學生鍛煉的機會。
十三、對學生要求要嚴格,但不要太厲害。
十四、有機會在自己上第一節課前,多聽老教師的課,吸取他們好的經驗、教訓。
