在信的最後一般用I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.(盼望著盡快收到的迴音)或I hope…(希望……).
結尾部分
一般正式的結束語有Yours sincerely(您的非常忠實的)、Sincerely yours(非常忠實的您的)、Yours truly(您的真誠的)；非正式的有With best wishes或Best wishes (最良好的祝願)、With warmest regards (最誠摯的問候)、Love(愛的)等.然後在下一行簽上的姓名.
