He also said that he had found five empty whisky bottles which the ghost must have drunk the night before.When I suggested that some villagers must have come in for a free drink, Mr Thompson shook his head. The villagers have told him that they will not accept the inn even if he gives it away.

成分一： that they will not accept the pub和前面的him都是主句的賓語，即雙內賓語。
The villagers have toid him that they will not accept the pub
即村裡人告訴過容他（賓語1）他們不接受小酒店（賓語從句，賓語2）
PS： tell (過去時，過去分詞 told) 常接雙賓語，tell sb sth，表示告訴某人某事（sth可以是詞，也可以是句子，即賓語從句）
成分二：even if he gives it away.
even if 引導的讓步狀語從句，表示即使.....;
