江湖上經常傳言，背了四冊新概念英語結果到美國把美國的老師嚇一跳。你內想想如果一個美國人背誦了容四冊大學英語書本來中國，能把中國教授嚇一跳嗎？估計他連民工都嚇不到。所以學習英語要一步一步的，扎扎實實的，建議你首先從詞彙學習下手然後看，然後看所要報考院校的考博英語真題。睿普教育的網站不錯，裡面有很多考博英語的相關內容，你可以去看看

B. 新概念英語VS全國公共英語等級

我覺得《全國公共英語等級》更好！一是這種比《新概念英語》更難，更適合高中生一年級的學生，二是現在國家也比較認這種英語！

C. 新概念英語及英語自學

兄弟，要說分，您這分真不算高，設計學習方法是挺麻煩的事，別說分，您付錢也未必有人會認真給您設計。不過您確實有學好英語的誠意，那麼我下面會敲很多內容，希望你認真地看一看，不一定盡善盡美，但是卻是從您自身的基礎出發為您訂做的方法。

第一步：

從新概念二冊開始，網上你可以下載到原新東方老師徐燕講解的新概念二冊Flash（網路搜索「新概念二冊 徐燕」），她是目前市面上講新概念二冊講得最好的老師。在聽完她的課之後，你的語法水平基本可以達到四級水平，但是聽力和口語水平還是不行，順便說一下：徐老師不擅長講解發音，她的發音也並不很准確。

這一步結束後你的水平：

語法：四級左右；
單詞量：3000左右；
聽力：基本零基礎；
口語：基本零基礎；
閱讀：高考水平；
寫作：高考水平；
發音：不佳

第二步：有兩件事要同時進行
第一件事：
買進《Listen to this》初級，開始按部就班地進行學習，不要以做聽力題為目的，要以聽懂為目的，剛開始別追求理解效率，不要限制自己幾遍必須把題目做出來，聽到無論怎麼聽都做不出新題目來為止，然後看配套的教師用書，裡面有文本，仔細分析自己哪裡沒有聽懂和沒有聽懂的原因是什麼，是因為有單詞不認識，還是因為有的句型結構不熟悉，亦或是因為有一些習慣用法你不知道。把你不會的單詞、結構和習語連著句子都記錄下來，寫在一個小本上，所有小本上的句子要全部能夠背頌——這些都是你為自己積累的口語句型，原汁原味，純正地道。同時，每天聽過的篇章要照著教師用書上的資料大聲地朗讀，而且是跟著音像資料讀，語音，語速盡可能地去進行模仿。每周選一篇認為自己讀得很流暢的資料，用麥錄進電腦里，然後自己一邊聽一邊和原書的讀音進行對比糾音。
第二件事：
同時，買進《新概念英語三》，下載新東方王麗蘊老師講解的Flash課程，仔細地把所有的課程認真，仔細地上完。比起側重單獨語法應用的新概念二，新概念三冊側重復雜語法結構（比如非謂語之間的對比、獨立主格、虛擬語氣等等）的綜合應用，所以，新概念三冊，老師會教你如何擴展你寫作的句子，如何把語言使用得地道等等。

結束後你的水平：
語法：基本完善；
單詞量：5000左右；
聽力：雅思5.5分左右水平；
口語：雅思5.5分左右水平；
閱讀：介於四級到六級之間的水平；
寫作：介於四級到六級之間的水平；
發音：英音，純正，有細節差異，語速慢，缺少語言素材；

第三步：有四件事要同時進行
第一件事：
用學習《Listen to this》初級的方法，開始學習中級；區別是，要求自己在三遍之內把所有題目做完，並且在第三遍結束後別忙著對答案，先用你的語言去復述你聽到的內容，其餘照舊。
第二件事：
買進《新概念英語四》，下載新東方薛冰老師講解的Flash課程，薛老師是新東方的名師，新四側重於文章的鑒賞和美文的寫作，要用心聽他對於文章的分析，對於句子結構的講解。這時候，你不該再關注什麼是「對」的，你應該關注什麼是「好」的，同時通過學習這些課文積累寫作和口語素材，新四的文章涉及很多領域，是非常優秀的素材。
第三件事：
和二樓兄弟說的一樣，看電影學英語，看的時候分幾遍
第一遍，看英文原聲和中文字幕，盡量用心去聽，聽不懂再看字幕。這一遍結束之後要求劇情障礙全部掃除。
第二遍，看英文原聲和英文字幕，由於劇情，對話你都已經掌握了，所以當你看到英文習語的表達，你會很快反應出它的意思，又由於你已經建立了良好的語法基礎，所以你可以很容易地體會到（而不需要別人教你）英語口語用法和書面用法的區別。把你聽《Listen to this》的小本帶上，好的用法當場連句子抄寫下來。
第三遍，看英文原聲無字幕，腦子隨時跟著劇情走，這一遍要求你把每一個詞都盡可能聽得明明白白。
第四遍，看中文原聲無字幕，嘗試進行同聲傳譯，根據印象把你聽到的所有中文翻譯都翻回英文，要求用法盡可能和原劇本接近。這一步如果能夠做到，那麼您的口語表達幾乎已經不存在障礙了，盡管是一部看過三遍的影片，這一部對於當時的您恐怕也不會簡單。
說明一下：在看電影的時候，當你遇到了問題，可以暫停或者回放，每一遍都可以，除了第一遍。
至於什麼電影合適，你去網上搜一下，有得是看電影學英語的建議，我這里不贅述了
還有第四件事：
去讀英文原版的《TCP/IP Routing Volume I》、《TCP/IP Illustrated Volume I》、《Computer Network , A system approach》、《802.11 Wireless Networks, The Definitive Guide》……去搜索IEEE和ACM學報，讀原版的網路技術前沿論文，只有把英語應用到你的領域，這語言才是你的附加值。

結束後你的水平：
語法：完善；
單詞量：8000-12000
聽力：可以理解絕大多數英語日常會話；
口語：日常會話基本消除障礙，可以進行專業技術交流；
閱讀：除生僻領域會遇到生詞之外，本專業領域和日常會話無障礙；
寫作：有能力用英語發表專業論文；
發音：英音，純正，流利；

第四步：
這時候的你顯然不會照著我現在給你安排的東西去做了，因為你對於學習語言已經有了自己的心得。你可能會去做一做《Listen to this》高級，聽一聽CNN，BBC的時事新聞，用英語寫寫博客，去網上搜羅還沒有出版的技術書籍讀一讀，或者讀讀原版的英文小說什麼的。管它呢，到這會兒，你干什麼都是在學英語。

我就不預測結束後你的水平了，因為這一步是不需要一個完結的。

最後說明幾點
一，我上面的安排屬於理想化的主張，可是你在學習時難免會遇到一些問題，你身邊沒有老師很難解決，你的同時你的工作有時也會給你施加一些壓力讓你放棄，你會很煩，你會很憋屈，推薦你幾本不錯的書可以作為對你的幫助。
一、新東方張滿勝編的《英語語法新思維》初級，適合階段一選擇
二、新東方張滿勝編的《英語語法新思維》中級，高級，適合階段二選擇
三、張道真《實用英語語法》，適合階段三選擇
四《哈利•波特》英文版，適合階段三以後使用。
五《牛津高階英漢雙解詞典》，全程必備，階段一有詞有疑惑，用漢語解釋理解，後面的階段全用英語解釋來理解
還有一些不錯的好書，不一一推薦了，有需要的時候再說吧。

二，新東方那些視頻不要只聽一遍，也不要聽過就過，不懂的地方要反復聽，聽了還不懂要找人問，要自己查，不要哪一步都學一個半吊子，我設計的步與步之間跨度還是比較大的，你第一步走歪了，後面你會很痛苦。

三，適合學英語的電影大都為美音發音，而你從《Listen to this》開始學習的就是純正的英音，所以看電影時，表達你可以積累，發音不要跟著走形，當然，也有很多影片是英音的，這些第三步的時候，你自己就可以鑒別了，如果不行可以Hi我。

以上是我的答案，只是一個藍本，不必過於教條，但是思路是沒有問題的，希望你堅持下去，別辜負我敲了半個小時的一片苦心。

這些方法有喝多中的，下面說說我所整理的一些方法吧：

免費的網路通訊工具

網路通訊工具有哪些呢?主要就是指QQ，郵箱這類的互聯網工具，這些工具可以為我們在一定程度上提升網站的流量，關鍵是看你怎樣去運用。很多的朋友對這些信息是很敏感的，或許可以說討厭，不要一加QQ群就去發廣告，而是積極的參與互動，討論，讓更多人了解你，知道你有這樣的一個網站。從而推動人群去點擊你的網站，或是尋找他需要的產品或服務。

問答平台

中文網站推廣，要用盡網路知道，這個用盡不是說我們去搞作弊，回答別人的問題，不符合內容的。而是我們要用心去回答問題，適當的加上自己的網站鏈接，不一定要有首頁的網址，可以是內頁，或是其他可以到達我們網站的鏈接。現在網路很多的問答平台，有：網路知道，天涯問答，新浪知識，搜搜問答等等。網路知道是最好的，那就需要你合理的利用，要是你使用過量，甚至會為網站帶來K站的可能性。

博客（微博）推廣

指的是企業或者個人通過博客這種網路應用平台進行自我宣傳，以其達到宣傳企業形象，企業產品，品牌以及個人品質的營銷目的。
現在網路上的免費博客有很多，網路空間，新浪，QQ空間，天涯，網易等等，博客相對來說沒有那麼嚴格，可以說比較寬松點，我們可以在博客上帶上自己的產品，或是服務，網站地址。這些都沒有問題的。

論壇推廣

指得是通過論壇的方式。在一些人氣高人流量大的論壇網站（如新浪論壇，天涯論壇等）發布和公司產品相關的帖子，提高網路曝光率，提高品牌樹立。另外網站的個人簽名檔等信息欄目也是可以合理利用到的地方！

電子郵件推廣

通過群發郵件方式推廣。在這要注意幾點是，第一，郵件地址的有效性！這就需要長期並收集整理或者也可以通過個別渠道途徑進行購買。第二，郵件內容的實用性。內容必須有效，並且有可讀性，能激起讀者了解並最終產生購買慾望。第三，郵件發布的時間把握。比如節假日等特殊時間。

軟文推廣

軟文推廣指的是，在互聯網及各種媒體上以一種隱晦的方式間接的宣傳公司及公司產品的正面形象和品牌。軟文的特點是，親和度高，傳播性廣，大眾樂意接受並會自發的去傳播影響。具有極強的潛移默化效果。與之相類似的有軟廣告，軟宣傳，軟新聞等等。軟文推廣可以說是所有推廣力性價比最高，安全指數也是最好的一種推廣手段，一篇成功的軟文帶來的何止是外鏈，更多的是業務訂單。好的軟文不是只為了帶上網站的鏈接，是為公司做好業務推廣，不是說一篇文章就為了帶來一個鏈接。不過，其也有著極大的缺陷就是，優秀的軟文極難創造，可以用妙手偶得來形容。相對來說軟廣告，軟視頻有著更大的操作性，不過就是成本較高了！

搜索引擎優化

網站SEO，可以說是，網站流量的支柱，也是網站網路營銷的最重要的一個條件。合理的SEO可以為網站帶來不錯的流量，網站都沒流量談何業務訂單。怎樣做好網站的搜索引擎優化，有很多工作，關鍵詞布局，標簽優化，代碼優化，網頁布局等等。

網摘網站推廣

提供優質網頁、圖片、帖子到網摘站和聚合類網站。如果被推薦，也能有不少流量。

電子書推廣

通過製作一些比較好的電子書，在其中嵌入你所要推廣的內容，將其發布到一些文檔類站點上，比如：網路文庫，新浪文檔與豆丁文檔這些都是很不錯的文檔類站點，尤其是網路文庫，要是利用的好的話，會帶來很大的效果的。
其實除了這些，還有很多的推廣的方法，就是在於你是否去堅持，精於一種方法就足夠了。讓網站獲得更多的流量就是網站賴以生存發展的條件，也是網站產品業務的必要條件。

Yesterday afternoon Frank Hawkins was telling me about his experiences as a young man. Frank is now the head of a very large business company, but as a boy he used to work in a small shop. It was his job to repair bicycles and at that time he used to work fourteen hours a day. He saved money for years and in 1938 he bought a small work-shop of his own. During the war Frank used to make spare parts for aeroplanes. At that time he had two helpers. By the end of the war, the small work-shop had become a large factory which employed seven hundred and twenty-eight people. Frank smiled when he remembered his hard early years and the long road to success. He was still smiling when the door opened and his wife came in. She wanted him to repair their son's bicycle!

Lesson32 Shopping made easy 購物變得很方便

People are not so honest as they once were. The temptation to steal is greater than ever before--especially in large shops. A detective recently watched a well-dressed woman who always went into a large store on Monday mornings. One Monday, there were fewer people in the shop than usual when the woman came in, so it was easier for the detective to watch her. The woman first bought a few small articles. After a little time, she chose one of the most expensive dresses in the shop and handed it to an assistant who wrapped it up for her as quickly as possible. Then the woman simply took the parcel and walked out of the shop without paying. When she was arrested, the detective found out that the shop-assistant was her daughter. The girl' gave' her mother a free dress once a week !

lesson33 Out of the darkness 沖出黑暗

Nearly a week passed before the girl was able to explain what had happened to her. One afternoon she set out from the coast in a small boat and was caught in a storm. Towards evening, the boat struck a rock and the girl jumped into the sea. Then she swam to the shore after spending the whole night in the water. During that time she covered a distance of eight miles. Early next morning, she saw a light ahead. She knew she was near the shore because the light was high up on the cliffs. On arriving at the shore, the girl struggled up the cliff towards the light she had seen. That was all she remembered. When she woke up a day later, she found herself in hospital.

Lesson34 Quick work 破案「神速」

Ted Robinson has been worried all the week. Last Tuesday he received a letter from the local police. In the letter he was asked to call at the station. Ted wondered why he was wanted by the police, but he went to the station yesterday and now he is not worried any more. At the station, he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle had been found. Five days ago, the policeman told him, the bicycle was picked up in a small village four hundred miles away. It is now being sent to his home by train. Ted was most surprised when he heard the news. He was amused too, because he never expected the bicycle to be found. It was stolen twenty years ago when Ted was a boy of fifteen !

Lesson35 Stop thief! 捉賊！

Rov Trenton used to drive a taxi. A short while ago, however, he became a bus-driver and he was not regretted it. He is finding his new work far more exciting. When he was driving along Catford Street recently, he saw two thieves rush out of a shop and run towards a waiting car. One of them was carrying a bag full of money. Roy acted quickly and drove the bus straight at the thieves. The one with the money got such a fright that he dropped the bag. As the thieves were trying to get away in their car, Roy drove his bus into the back of it. While the battered car was moving away, Roy stopped his bus and telephoned the police. The thieves' car was badly damaged and easy to recognize. Shortly afterwards, the police stopped the car and both men were arrested.

Lesson36 Across the Channel 橫渡海峽

Erna Hart is going to swim across the English Channel tomorrow. She is going to set out from the French coast at five o'clock in the morning. Erna is only fourteen years old and she hopes lo set up a new world record. She is a strong swimmer and many people feel that she is sure to succeed. Erna's father will set out with her in a small boat. Mr Hart has trained his daughter for years. Tomorrow he will be watching her anxiously as she swims the long distance to England. Erna intends to take short rests every two hours. She will have something to drink but she will not eat any solid food. Most of Erna's school friends will be waiting for her on the English coast. Among them will be Erna's mother, who swam the Channel herself when she was a girl.

Lesson37 The Olympic Games 奧林匹克運動會

The Olympic Games will be held in our country in four years' time. As a great many people will be visiting the country, the government will be building new hotels, an immense stadium, and a fine new swimming pool. 'They will also be building new roads and a special railway-line. The Games will be held just outside the capital and the whole area will be called 'Olympic City'. Workers will have completed the new roads by the end of this year. By the end of next year, they will have finished work on the new stadium. The fine modern buildings have been designed by Kurt Gunter. Everybody will be watching anxiously as the new buildings go up. We are all very excited and are looking forward to the Olympic Games because they have never been held before in this country.

Lesson38 Everything except the weather 惟獨沒有考慮到天氣

My old friend, Harrison, had lived in the Mediterranean for many years before he returned to England. He had often dreamed of retiring in England and had planned to settle down in the country. He had no sooner returned than he bought a fine house and went to live there. Almost immediately he began to complain about the weather, for even though it was still summer, it rained continually and it was often bitterly cold. After so many years of sunshine, Harrison got a shock. He acted as if he had never lived in England before. In the end, it was more than he could bear. He had hardly had time to settle down when he sold the house and left the country. The dream he had had for so many years ended there. Harrison had thought of everything except the weather.

Lesson39 Am I all right? 我是否痊癒？

While John Gilbert was in hospital, he asked his doctor to tell him whether his operation had been successful, but the doctor refused to do so. The following day, the patient asked for a bedside telephone. When he was alone, he telephoned the hospital exchange and asked for Doctor Millington. When the doctor answered the phone, Mr Gilbert said he was inquiring about a certain patient, a Mr John Gilbert. He asked if Mr Gilbert's operation had been successful and the doctor told him that it had been. He then asked when Mr Gilbert would be allowed to go home and the doctor told him that he would have to stay in hospital for another two weeks. Then Dr Millington asked the caller if he was a relative of the patient.' No,' the patient answered,' I am Mr John Gilbert.'

Lesson40 Food and talk 進餐與交談

Last week at a dinner-party, the hostess asked me to sit next to Mrs Rumbold. Mrs Rumbold was a large, unsmiling lady in a tight black dress. She did not even look up when I took my seat beside her. Her eyes were fixed on her plate and in a short time, she was busy eating. I tried to make conversation.

' A new play is coming to" The Globe" soon,' I said. 'Will you be seeing it ?' ' No,' she answered. 'Will you be spending your holidays abroad this year ?' I asked. ' No,' she answered.

' Will you be staying in England?' I asked. ' No,' she answered.

In despair, I asked her whether she was enjoying her dinner.

' Young man,' she answered,' if you ate more and talked less, we would both enjoy our dinner !'
