所有權表達你的想法、感受和意見。「我生氣是因為他違背了他的承諾。」而不是「他使我生氣。」
明確和直接的需求。不要邀請的人說不。「你願意嗎?」而不是「你介意嗎?」或「為什麼不……?」
不斷重復你的觀點。使用低水平和愉快的聲音。不要試圖解釋自己。
