從那以後，旅途變得有趣。我將雜志扔進垃圾筐並決定加入村民的歡悅中。每件事物都生機勃勃，山在向我訴說，甚至連樹都在微笑。我目不轉睛的盯著外景仿如才初見似的。
白天很快過去了，我甚至忘記午飯直到餓才察覺。我看看錶驚訝地發現已下午3點了不久火車又停了，在Butterwi。我看著圍在周圍的人們，都是那樣美好。後來我叔叔到了，我扔開所有去和他擁抱，這是我從未做過的。他有些驚奇，之後飽經風霜的臉露出微笑。我們挽著手坐上他的車。

高中課程多時間緊,建議要把時間花在刀刃上,很難有什麼機會製造什麼英語環境的。高考詞彙新課標的增加到3000個左右了，是不是每個單詞都要考呢？這個想都不要想，肯定是有部分單詞永遠不考的。要考的那些單詞肯定只有那麼幾個。所以在背單詞的時候就是要講究重點的。
可以把近十年的高考卷都拿來看看分析一下，看看都是考了什麼詞，當然考點重復的可能性很小，但是各地的卷子拿來統籌分析一下就會發現有很多重復的考點，所謂風水輪流轉，各地出卷也是有統籌安排的。重點詞彙就是那麼幾個，每年考出來都會分配。
那什麼是所謂的重點詞彙呢？我們知道高考喜歡一兩個知識點套起來考。所以能被拿去套的單詞就是考試會考的單詞。什麼單詞能被拿去套？用腳丫子想都知道，有片語的單詞才可能被拿去考嘛。
翻翻《牛津英漢雙解高階詞典》你就知道，有的詞考綱里有，但是字典里沒有片語可以找到，所以這類詞叫做低頻詞。有的詞在詞典里有很多片語，這些詞考到的概率就很高。平時學習的時候就應該多多整理這些詞的片語，習語，用法等等。背會這些詞，考起試來就不用怕了，當然量很大的。這種學習方法花費的時間主要是整理上面比較多，厚厚的《牛津英漢雙解高階詞典》翻起來是比較費勁的，但是效果很好，基本上所有的高考英語狀元都會入手一本《牛津英漢雙解高階詞典》。因為他們知道，這本書以外的東西高考出卷人不敢考的。相當於《新華字典》對語文考試的重要性。
另一種學習方法是做題，做題一般都會錯題，高考英語狀元也一樣。有錯題就要把題目里考查的「片語」或者說「考點」整理出來。怎麼整理考點？句子里肯定有一個動詞，名詞或者形容詞來支配選項里頭的介詞，把這個詞和搭配的介詞挨個在《牛津英漢雙解高階詞典》里頭查出來，整理出片語，和各種搭配的意思，做成筆記，這樣不斷復習，日積月累效果也會很好。當然這種方法是被動的學習，先錯後改正的方式。
其實最好是能把上面兩種結合起來，學一個新單元的時候，就把詞彙挨個到《牛津英漢雙解高階詞典》里頭查查，把重點詞彙總結好。再結合做題，有做錯的，再總結，這樣自己的高頻詞彙量就會保持迅猛增長。因為自己有所准備，所以考試分也能比較高，這樣可以增加信心。背起單詞也能有所了解，那些單詞是一定要記得滾瓜爛熟的，那些知道什麼意思就可以了。
