2004年成人本科畢業生申請學士學位外語河南省高等程度考試報名即將開始對全省的報名時間統一原則，2004年12月5日 - 第13屆

注冊成人高等教育本科生（包括：函授，夜大，脫產，業余電視，遠程教育，高測試或其他），凡擬申請學位誰可以參加本次考試。除成人高等教育自學考試畢業生可再延長一年，其他類型高等教育的成人往屆畢業生須再次參加本次考試。外國本科學生都必須參加專業的成人非專業語言的外語考試。

考生應在規定的時間內申請，申請本科入學截止日期將不適用。非成人學士學位畢業生申請學位的單位，應就近向有關學位授予單位報名考試，國外大學學位辦組織由省級考試委託誰鄭考生到指定的考點 - 河南大學招生，其他各市考生，省學位辦批准後，就近到指定考點報名。函授站設立在省，學生都集中在機構，如申請學士學位，由院校提出書面申請，經省學位辦同意學位辦統一委託省級組織有關省級學位考試。

考試時間：2005年1月15日（星期六）上午9時至11時30分，語種為：英語，日語和俄語。考試不考聽力。
